We fill up the form and know our information, I do not know why they want our information and who we are and where we come from.

Basically as a GmbH (Austrian Ltd) we have to show some paperwork to the government after each year explaining where every little cent went. And in order to do that we need to have a recipient on the credit note. That's what you're filling out. It's not like we're going to sell your data to Google or anything.
