This is a great signature campaign, but I think I am having a doubt but, I am not thinking that these signature campaign is a scam. It is just too good to be true. I want to join the signature campaign, can you please tell me when will be this campaign start?

Also, this is a bitcoin signature campaign, why not move it to Services?
I think there's nothing wrong with it,if they pay their participants after end of the ico. Then the campaign will run for two months period of time, therefore it is just the same as altcoin campaign. because in Services is weekly pay rates in bitcoin.

Sorry for my skeptical mind but you managing a campaign with a newbie rank is so hard to believe in most of the cases, plus paying participants prior to the success of the ICO is seems fishy for me so it is much better for you to get a well known and reputable campaign manager in able to get more Sig. campaign participants but the escrow part is not needed because as I think you will be getting the fund from the ICO itself. Goodluck for you Signature campaign though.

So it will be obvious that by August 7th, they will have some available funds in order to fund the advertisement (this signature campaign in included in the advertisement, right?). So with this in mind, giving some partial/full payment for the weeks each member worked for will not be a pain. Since the members will be working for the entire 2 months without payment, it should be fair that compensations will be made if ever the ICO did not succeed (I hope not)
Or by paying the members after the pre-ICO so that they will know whether the campaign is legit or not. I think you need to move your Thread Bitcoin section because you are paying in the form of Bitcoins. This section for Alternate CryptoCurrency where you have to pay the participants in the form of Altcoins only.
