Which clearly means that it's their fault and they are the one to blame, they tend to trust and believe a project without even researching various of information and details regarding that specific project. It's the reason why they end up losing everything and feeling remorse because they choose to disregard doing their own exploration knowing that it can help them determine if a project is worth it and profitable. It's difficult to get rid of scam especially these days that scammers are being wiser, they will always look for an opportunity to deceive people who doesn't have enough knowledge on protecting and securing their funds. They will make them believe with their words and promises, however newbies just let themselves believe it without having an assurance that their investment will be beneficial. They never change their mindsets when it comes to money, they don't realize that scammers are capable on doing anything for the sake of money and if they made a mistake then it can have a huge impact on their investment. It's the reason why we need to be cautious because we can't easily guarantee if it's intention was good, we need to analyze every decision that we are making or else we will end up with nothing.

But we are very difficult to distinguish which projects are good and which projects are scams, everything looks good and convincing. I agree with the spirit of the OP that wants to unite the Bounty Hunter against the developers who make scam projects. But again, I don't know how to get started.

No one wants to promote a scam project but the project itself scam people when they get enough money to spend in the next scam attempt! OP is not talking about scam bounties I assume, many successful projects is not paying its hunters, that's the sad part of bounty nowadays. I did the ICA bounty, but they locked the telegram chat, stop answering questions at all! So, it's not about the suspicious bounty, it's about good bounty who are playing with their hunters!
But the vision OP is asking for, I am afraid that won't happen! Because most of the bounty hunters illiterate enough to avoid the rules, even many hunters keep submitting POA or work report after distribution of bounty payment!
So we are just slaves as hunters who continue to work on promoting the project but do not get any reward from the work that is just nonsense that we know from the project.

You have no other choice, every decision depends on the project so if they change the rules then we only know to accept it. In 2019 I met a lot of projects like you described, most of the bounty have been scam bounty hunters or delays very long compared to the initial time. I believe that with what they do, they will lose their reputation and no one will invest in their project in the future.
what can we do to fight this ?? This is not the first thing to do, the fraud project has been going on for a long time, in fact it has already happened in 2017 when the ICO project was crowded there. even having a campaign manager with good credibility cannot guarantee that the project will pay us. maybe this is indeed a challenge for bounty hunters to be more thorough when promoting a project.
I highly believe in this kind of idea, of bounty hunter involving to a revolt, in order to make a straight system of bounties. I see, how effective marketing is, just the same if bounty hunters will do the same thing to promote the project in an opposite way. But the problem here is the lack of fuel to do this. Basically, we are working to promote them because we know we're getting paid, but if we are to revenge, no payment in the future is guaranteed that is why people just neglect the participation of them to this kind of activity.

That's the risk to joining new projects bounty right now, nothing they can guarantee except we join bounty paid with BTC, we could get the salary based on our performance. So i think joining the proejct bounty is just like gambling, when the project is success in the market we reach but when it fails we loss.
I think the problem is on the project. If we do revolution that we want at the end we are the one who loss not them because all we know that in this industry all we do about business are risky. They are paying bounty hunters to promote their project and as a bounty hunter we need to take risk and choose well the project that we will promote to avoid scam.

I have no problem with the shit projects but when a successful project start playing with the hunters that's mean they don't respect hunters anymore. Look at the temtum, they paid all the eligible participants at the same time, no lock-up period and the token price still great even higher than before. I just wondered how Tokoin could this! Tokoin was one of the top ROI projects in 2019 but still, they are playing the shit game with the hunters! Azbit is suspecious project, CEO was involved scammed exchange Bitsane.com, definitely this is fraudulent team behind the scene. Tokoin paid 50% tokens in two months and last month announced another 50% tokens will pay in 12 months. Azbit is bullshit in that case, 2nd time changing bounty unlock deadline what a hippocrate. Team is proof very dishonesty.
There were suggestions in the past that to only accept BTC from the teams who wants to promote IEO. Asking the BTC to escrow the funds, will not just keep them accountable but also push them to complete the project and launch product as well and ultimately add to the exchanges. Not doing all these will just disappoint investors and bounty hunters too. If united, we can make them do things that we are not able to do before it.

I think not all bounty managers don't listen to complaints from bounty campaign participants because I see that there are still many bounty managers who care about the participants but for the payment it all depends on who has the project so that the bounty manager can only do the tasks he manages. It is your responsibility to choose the right bounty, when you know it is a scam project, why work on that project? Just for sake of good promised money 😀😀

Did you read my thread correctly? Do you have any idea about DigitalBits, Azbit or Tokoin project? It seems you don't. So, please search on google and then tell me about my research. All these three projects are successful enough, they are trading on markets, everything they have is positive but they just playing with the hunters. So, please stick on my point, I am talking about bounty hunters need to be work together for dishonest projects.

yes i also struggle alot from bounty when they provide us token or coin the price gets sudden dump which does not value at all and some project are came to increase thier social profile that's it and gone i hate that kinda project.
maybe it would be better if handled intellectually, so you should have a study of the arguments that are issued. if they do setbacks they must have a reason and to that extent they can still be free in accusations. maybe the solution so far would be better to put pressure on the developer, especially to speed up the locking of the tokens you have.
You're talking very badly about bounty campaigns. I have been participating in a lot of bounty campaigns since June 2019 and until now the team has remained silent. Auditchain used to promise a lot and now after finishing IEO, they have locked chat on telegram. a bunch of projects are cheating and we can't do anything but complain like this. perhaps as we should get rid of this work, the bounty campaign will die and no one will promote new projects anymore. At some point, they will regret being treated us badly.
That's why we need to get united. So that we can spread the reality about those projects, and then team fear us and distribute our due! Auditchain looks won't come back, but we can do things against a successful project which deceive our payment. For example Envion, Tokenpay and my mentioned three! Lots of bounty hunters don't use their brain, they just keep doing POA, works even they receive red tags! We need to teach them. Maybe all active bounty hunter needs to join in a single group to do good for potential projects and to do bad for the shady, suspicious dishonest project!
