Thank you guys. I have received my LUX tokens for twitter bounty. I want to say thanks to needmoney and all his team’s member. They have a lot of campaigns to manage and they do it excellent. Without any doubt, it is hard to manage such amount of campaigns. Participators should be more patient. Thank you a lot. You are doing hard work, and it takes a lot of strength and nerves.

Please, tell me, after updating the purse, in the new version of the purse there was an old address for getting coins. I checked the transactions, the transactions show that I received my coins, but they are not displayed in the wallet! What could be the problem?

You should wait for your wallet to sync and import the private key of your address that you have given.

P.S: I have had some problems with LUX wallet, but support helped me in discord chat. So if you have questions about updating wallet, sync, go directly there.

Hello, we have finalised the stakes and coin numbers 2 days after the bounty program ended. When you see a spreadsheet finalised, you remove your signature. It is simple.

LUX team warned us about these comments and we were shocked. We have finalised all the spreadsheets 2 days after the program ended and notified their team.

It is not our responsibility to distribute the tokens, due to security reasons, we don't do that. We have finalised the stakes and coin numbers and informed Lux team about this.

They should have started distributing.

I guess all the people here trying to bash us doesn't know the drill as it's never the bounty manager that distributes the coins.

PS. I've been told by Lux team that my point of contact was in a car accident and that's why they didn't start distributing.

I'm going to offer some feedback, but before doing so, let me first say I didn't bash you in order to clarify that my intent is to present an object view.  I can sense and understand the frustration of others and the key thing to mitigate this is setting the expectation through communication; it will also lead to significantly less questions and bashing as well.  For example, Forumgeiq/Serkan posted on 25 Jan 2018:
 
After February 12th 2018,  everything will be calculated and made payment as a coin. It means that please be patient until end of the bounty campaign. Thank you so much  

To which I replied on the same day:


Ok, just going off what is clearly written and posted- no assumptions or guessing.  If what you are saying is so, then perhaps you may want to amend/change this line from:


• Signature stakes will be distributed every week, other stakes will be calculated at the end of the campaign.


to this in order to avoid further confusion as there are some signature bounties that pay weekly or biweekly as opposed to when bounty campaigns ends:

Anyway, I suggested this to lessen any and potential confusion, which in turn could lead to possibly less questions regarding this but it appears this suggestion wasn't implemented.

Also, once the campaign ended, OP could have been updated or a post made stating the campaign is over and spreadsheets will be finalized over the next few days.  Once the spreadsheets were finalized, OP could have been updated or a post made stating spreadsheets have been finalized and LUX team informed and you may remove your signature if you choose.  As it is stated, this thread is the only method for bounty support and other methods may go unanswered or result in a ban, it would seem that you or Forumgeiq/Serkan would be the liaison between bounty participants and the LUX team for payment time frame and/or status and relay such to us.  Thanks for relaying status of delay due to your POC being in a car accident, sorry to hear this.  Also, as part of your or Forumgeiq/Serkan duties as liaison, we would assume you will provide us with a timely update(s) and statuses regarding payment time frame, which appears to be a reasonable ask.
