I just updated my config file with the one you provided as it is the most current- I saw the same on discord and had no issue, could be because I was already synced on 4.0.0 a few days ago. Try this:

If you haven't backed up your previous v3. something wallet, go ahead and follow below per discord:

- Backup your wallet.dat. keep it safe, in a few places! If you Upgrade and install without backing up your wallet.dat, you will lose your coins. Without a backup, you cant recover them.

- Delete everything else from your Lux Folder (after wallet.dat has been backed up). Then Install your 4.0.0 wallet (Lux folder is under the /Appdata /Roaming folder in windows and under Library/Application Support/ in Mac). *If you have Windows can find Lux folder by going to run and %appdata%/lux

- Once installed, replace the new wallet.dat with the backed-up wallet.dat (the one with your coins in it).

- Restart wallet, Let it Sync. Sync takes time (Repeat after me, Sync takes time). Finding peers take time. So once you install, sit back and relax a while

- If you have waited for a considerable amount of time (30 mins - 1hr) and nothing works , use the lux.conf file pinned to #wallet channel. Download and drop it into your Lux Folder. Wait for sync. Again- give it time! * I believe you already have a copy of the config file in case you need to drop it in.

- You are now synced and ready to go!

Actually, it appears you have the most updated config file which I believe was updated yesterday. The one I provided, is from a few days ago but worked for me. It just may take some time for yours to synch, looks like I need to update my config file again as well.
