what do you mean?
well obviously, you cant participate on signature since you are already in primal base. another thing is that you can no longer participate on twitter if you want to since it is already only open for full member rank. but you can participate on other bounties available if you can do the job. just go to the main page.

Minimum rank required to join Twitter campaign is a full member but if you want to join signature campaign minimum rank is member.
