Just volunteer in your Powerloan Account Profile. There's a button on the top left. When beta testing starts, you will be emailed with the details and form.

No. Everyone is able to test as long as they have tokens. But only available on 6.6.2018

Is that the right digit? 165 USD? I think that's a lot even if its given for week. If this is really the real offer of this project, no doubt more people will join the bounty campaign on twitter. Also, having spreadheet can really help its users stakes and to track if they're getting the right reward.
