We have had some delays in finalisation of our smart contract and the whole business logic and token distribution which he had in plan for the period of 1st - 15th March. Unfortunately we wont be able to finalise it this week but it will be deployed with the start of next week. Also, in that regard the bounties should start the payouts with next week.
Please have in mind that we are doing our all best to facilitate this before the token sale which is not a standard practice in the crypto world but we want you to receive your bounties on your addresses. Also to compensate for the delays we will be increasing your stakes by 20% so you will receive 20% more tokens.

Good effort there from Providence team. But to be honest I am opposed to paying the bounties before the crowdsale starts. I like the project and I want it to become big especially Europe. Malta is going to become a big crypto island soon. I suggest the bounties to be paid only right after the crowdsale.
