The true meaning of the bounty is to conserve what has been received in the hope that it will have a big increase in value.
Changing immediately what has been earned is a pity, even if sometimes it is convenient.

I think it's worth keeping what you earned and selling only if you just need money, in any other case I think it's not worth touching the received tokens or coins, they will still someday grow in value.

i suggest to hold because the price is low than the ico price.
although we get it for free, we can get multiple profit from it if we can hold a bit longer.
but just for good ico that i believe will successful.

It all depends on what kind of bounties you will get the coins from . There is too many bounties that you could join ,but It's not garanteed that all of them will succeed on the long term and stay strong . I would hold the tokens only if I believe the project have great potentials and a real product to offer the real world not just ideas and speculations . I try to join as much bounties as possible that seem decent ,but with the aim of selling as soon as they hit an exchange because mostly the price falls after the ICO even with the good projects ,and like you mentioned a man gotta put food on the table .

My personal strategy of investment in the ICOs token or bounties rewards, usually i will sell a halp of token and the rest to be held for long time investment or i will sell the token at least if it get return of investment, it is good for me due to i can make investment in other ICOs program. Also i will take my profit from investing into ICOs, but every one has different strategy in ICOs.

Selling Bounty rewards right after you received is the worst idea because in my own experience, all of my Crypto Assets were growing and the value that I got them are lower than today.
Thanks to my full-time job that my salary is more than enough to support and feed my family so I could hold my Crypto Assets long-term and for my future goals.
I'm going to build my own house, buy a new car and invest into some local businesses in order to have more sources of income.

Sometimes it's better to immediately sell tokens and sometimes it's better to hold the tokens for a couple of months, like now.

I prefer to use diversification after distribution. 50% - sell, 40% - sell and keep in dollars, or invest after exchanging if the course is profitable in main coins, like BTC, NEO, and 10% hold until best times. But you would never now, which will rise and which will fall, it's better to get some profit additionally from 10% tokens you were holding, that will cover your shitcoins may be, then hold everything and slowly understand that all your coins in shit and you missed the opportunity to sell them in start of exchanging.

If I do not have confident on one project then definitely I will not engage myself into their bounty campaign. Yes, I always prefer to hold the bounty rewards for some time so that I can get the maximum benefits but this will be subject to my cash needs. If I will be having plenty of money in reserve for my needs then I will definitely will not touch bounty rewards. But practically I need more money than what I do earn from bounty campaigns hence holding for longer period is not possible for myself too.

I don't agree with that. Not all tokens are better to be sold right after the distribution and the availability in the market because there are coins where after months, the price got bigger. This is the reason why if I have lots of coins I will choose only to sell more than half of it then hold the remaining. This is not a bad idea, I really do think, because in case the price rises at least I still have coins to sell. My friend is also doing the same thing, he holds the coin if he doesn't need to sell and look at him now chilling because whatever happens, he already has savings and still have lots of coins to sell.

It depens. Do you need the money to buy another coin? Do you participate on the bounty because you believe in the project or because the bounty stakes were high? So if you believe, hold the coins. Holding will always get you more profit. If you just participate because of the high stakes, you can sell it. But dont be stupid like the most bounty hunters and dump the tokens or coins for less then it cost on the ico. Even when it needs some days to sell it on the ico price. Almost every ico is doing a 5x when they get listed. If your impatience, you even dont have to sell it to a lower amount then it cost on the ico!

I think we should hold our tokens. They can be put on the floor and they will be greatly appreciated. So let's wait for them to come on the floor and sell.
That is the best way to fully exploit your profit from the project. Or if you find that your project is no longer functioning, it means that they will not have the potential to be on the big floor. Sell them now.

Most of the time, when the ICO project list on the exchange, so I can sell these tokens, then put more of the ICO project funds investment, then can obtain the biggest benefit, it is a good strategy.

I advise immediately sell tokens because then the price will fall even more and you will receive less profit.

Most people I know doing bounties mostly sell their tokens because they are afraid the coin might lose its value and would go to waste, while some including myself would prefer holding them not because we expecting it to reach a higher value in the future but we consider it as a form of savings

In my opinion, if the project which i reveive the bounty token is really good, i will hold this token and sell it when i reach my target with this project. If the project is not really good and i think the price of token will be sharply dump whenn all bounty hunters receive the token, i will sell it immediately. Sell or hold depend on  the valid of this project and your thinking.

I think bounty hunters selling their tokens in part may they need money,a part because they can not believe this market anymore.
Because BTC prices are constantly decreasing so I think they fear the tokens will affected, reduce value.

I think if you believe in the success of the company, then you should not sell tokens at once.  It is better to hold these tokens on a long term.

Now I prefer to sell tokens at once, so that the profits can be invested in reliable coins such as BTC or ETH.

I sell half of my bounty tokens when they hit the exchange and rest hold for some months if project is good.
