It depends on what project. You can not always be sure that the project in which you participated can bring good profits. If you do not have such confidence, then it's better to sell the coins.
Usually the price of coins drops sharply, and then it starts to grow. Therefore, I advise you to hold the coin, and not sell immediately.
I would answer this differently for every other rewards. There are obviously supreme projects in forums that you should never stop holding. And there are weird bad coins that you should dump as soon as possible..
On my first reward, I sell all of my tokens and one of my friends told me that it is better if I leave some of my tokens and just hold it for a certain period of time so that I will still have an investment or some money left. And I think to myself that he is right because when I already sold the tokens, an emergency happened and I need to have cash that day, then I don't have any left in my account because I spend it all. Well, it is better to have discipline on the money you get.
Well, i, as a bounty hunter. I do not sell my bounty rewards immediately.i hold it for like 2 to 3 years. So that the team behind the particular coin will have gathered and the coin price will bring me more profit by the time i want to sell.
I advise you to hold your token just received from bounty because the team is still preparing for bigger exchange, if you willing to get many advantages please wait but if you need money then selling is last resort
Yeah that's good for the project, we must hold our bounty to wait for the rise of price and don't get affected by the dumps of investors who wants to get easy profits. 
It is best that after receiving bounty token, it's better to HODL the token for a period for at least 2 to 4 months. Specially if you love the project and you knew it will provide value to the marketplace, then definitely better to hold it. I experience on time that I sold the token and just a matter of 1 month after I sold it, it price goes up very high and I felt sad about it. But still I'm thankful about it.
If you get bounty rewards in your ether wallet and it show any dollar value then it means that coin is listed on the etherdelta and you can sell there against the ethereum and earn the money. According to the experience,coins should sell at that time because it is always show the highest price in starting time of listing.
Investing in tokens and coins is a wonderful experience for me, since a lot of my tokens are performing well in the market. I am just hoping that it will be good holding

I usually don't want to sell the bounty rewards immediately, i keep it for a long term. I am always in such a position that good and prospective coins need to be kept for long periods as they develop and can bring a good profit.
I usually retain the award for a fairly long period, I do not immediately sell because there are not so many benefits from this
Try to make a saving-trading ratio whenever you got the payments of the bounties. For me, 70:30 *for cold:hot wallet* is working pretty fine. Try to hold it until the price is on the ICO price/above so you would get more of the profits.
I think if the token price is still low then better arrested and not sold. We collect as many tokens while waiting for market prices rise. If the market price has gone up then better immediately immediately sold. If we sell when the market price rises then we will surely get a lot of money.
It depend on your target. But in my opinion, hodl it and wait it list on big exchange if it has potential. This is trust investor

I think many people just don't bother to examine the project they are working for and therefore sell their tokens prematurely. I always have a personal note for each bounty campaign so I know whether I should dump the tokens immediately or hold them for future.
My strategy of investment in the ICOs token or bounties rewards, usually I will sell a half of token and the rest to be held for long time investment or I will sell the token at least if it get return of investment. It is good for me due to I can make investment in other ICOs program. Also I will take my profit from investing into ICOs.
Do not hold coins for a very long time. Because the longer the price of the coin will go down. So that I've been through.

It depends on the market and the project. Normally I hodl my coins for week a while but now I dump them.
I will hold unto my bounty if ever i will get one.
