there is no set end date for the ICO since every round lasts either 7 days or until sold out.

We expect the ICO rounds to sell out quickly and hope to have the tokens withdrawable by beginning or mid October at the latest.

Can I start my posts? How about counting of post and stakes distribution? I couldn't find any information on the spreadsheet about the stakes distribution. I'm still confused.

Why confused about that things if you join signature campaign you can start post immediately as long as you follow the rules then it will be fine, The campaign manager will count your posts manually through you profile and you can see on the OP how much exactly stakes will you got if fulfill the requirements each week.
