What determines the number of stake? Why participant with smaller number of follower and longer acceptable time can get more stake?

So with the twitter campaign, the stakes awarded depends on the activity:
Follow: 10 stakes
Like: 10 stakes per like
Retweet: 20 stakes
So if you like 10 tweets and retweet 1 tweet, you'll get 120 stakes. So the awarding of the stakes depends very much the actual activity you participate in. I hope that helps...

You have 230 stakes, average is 275... The stats will get updated again next Tuesday. I don't update them every week, only every two weeks.

The number of followers has no effect on the stock calculation, But in the count of the number of retweet and like

Is reward bounty certain, and does not use the gratuity of crowdsale?
The reward bounties do not rely on the token sale at all. You can see all 100M rustbits here:

The distribution of the rustbits will happen after the crowdsale. That's when we will take the stakes, do the math, and send your bounty rewards.
