Getting towards the end, there's about ~150 transactions left to process. I'm waiting for it to complete before updating the spreadsheet again.

No, if a token is locked it only means more rustbits cannot be created past the 100M issueance.

Yeah, if you want to move them you need a little btc in there to cover the tx fees.
