I find posts with Giant letters more annoying than people who ask questions

Lol I know right?! Jesus...They are just trying to freaking rank up I bet. . still, thats considered spamming and shouldnt be allowed to happen, it washes out all of the useful info in the post! Kind of hard to find any valuable info in a post where every single comment is asking when the bounty will be paid out! Lol..
