When will the distribution of twitter rewards start? 
I also have the same question and also waiting for the distribution of twitter bounty.and according to the information that we have to fill out the form to be able to claim all campaign payments..

It was a great ICO, very well organized team. I found it to be one of the best ICO's conducted and their bounty campaign was amazing as well.

Even if it's still open he can't join any bounty program. It's a new user. I don't know why he register, just to ask for this? Looks fishy anyway.

I am more interested to know if the team burnt the unsold tokens. That would give more confidence. Otherwise it would be greedy of them not to.

We’ve received a lot of complaints from bounty participants regarding bot accounts and fake entries. We are currently running a spam bot / fraud test on the bounty entries. This is also the reason why we've taken the bounty sheets offline.

No, it's not okay. You need to fill your user id too.
