The concept looks good. Governance is much needed in this space for fund recovery (even if partial) for investors on detection of scams. Just signed up for the test net program. If this works out, it could be a game changer. Typically, escrow services are built on trust. But an escrow smart contract would be so much better and easier to trust.

CGS is a good project with another system in crypto platform as it relate with Tesnet. I wish this project good success

As you have seen in our thread, everyone that tries our testnet will be rewarded with CGS tokens. The more features you try, the more tokens you may earn.
On the testnet there are two roles that you can both try; ICO investor and CGS Arbiter. By clicking here, you can read an informative tutorial on how to use and interact with the Testnet. I hope it's useful!

With the tokens locked in the scrow CGS Token holders will vote about whether to allow the withdrawal of the funds in the escrow contract. With this voting system it would be the decentralized arbiter who would judge if the interests and incentives of the ICO launcher and the token buyers are still aligned when deciding whether to enable ICO Token holders to withdraw their funds.
