Yeah, the manager can't manage a project alone. They should have an active team to manage bounty thread, social activities etc so that members would be updated with their latest.
It is possible to manage it alone if the manager has the tools to do the work.
it's good that there are people among the community who are ready to become part of the project. if you separate the obligations in bounty campaign it will be even better
Yes I see many bounty campaigns, where this work doing guys like jamal or irfan. And it is working good.
All the activities of the project are going very well. Gradually the popularity of project is increasing. That's good news for all investors and supporters. Hope All investors will benefited.

Does it really matter 1 or 2 managers? As long as the task is done efficiently, and objectives are achieved. But in this case I would say an extra hand is needed to make the work more effective.

I am too looking to become this community manager as it would be first time, however thought to take only social media campaigns, since it is a hard work and have to maintain more things including personnel life in real world.
I will contact to the Roman Sintez soon if he wanted to hire then its good for us.
I think you should find the official link to sintez telegram group amd ask the manager in private.
I hope advertising will help project getting more contributors.
It is a good sign that this project is moving forward which the team, supporters and investors will be benefited for it's progress so let's keep on supporting them.
