Offering the same stakes to accounts with followers above a threshold will ensure equality, however, it doesn't reward reach.
Offering different stakes for different followers threshold rewards reach, but my lead to bot accounts.

As far as I understand. The minimum number of followers is 500 or more. The reward does not change. Even if followers are more than 1000 or more
Yeah, it looks correct. But I don't think it's fair enough. It's much more useful for project when you have more followers.

If u will not reached hardcap on 1st stage bounty pool will be same or not?
Bounty pool is fixed at 15.000.000 tokens anyway. The main question would be how much will one token cost? It depends on size of total contributions.
