As much as I know I can say you, that ICO will start 7 of november. And it will be ongoing 21 days.
so it looks like that after this 21 days also will be end of bounty! And also you need to rembember about hardcap.

Why do you have so huge gap between Jr. Member and Legendary. It's 1:10. I don't think it's pretty fair. Many bounty campaigns provide better conditions for low ranked users around 1:5 or 1:6.
to get Jr. Member u need write posts 30 days, to get legendary over 2 years. Why so huge gap here?

I have a question! Could you pay the award in the campaign of signatures in bitcoin or litecoin 
None of the rewarded are given as Bitcoins or Ether. They all give their won token. That's rule. of course you rewarded by SINTEZ token.
