i got so motivated when my friend started join signature campaign since 3 years ago, and he earned so much from that...

You Must read the rule of signature campaiin CAREFULLY. Because each capain, the rule could be different. Howerer,i see the stake of almost campain just post on Bitcointalk. You can post on any Zone of Bitcointalk (but it is meet the rule of forum). Each post like 1 stake. So, if a Campain requirement 10 post, you must post at least 10 post in week to meet the rule and earn full of stake
As far as I understand I must be jr.member and after that I wll be able to participate in BCT Signature campagins. Where do you find the projects? How do you think what is the best place to find a gem?

You need 30 activity points before you can set a signature.
You can get 14 activity points/2 weeks.
So, create 14 posts within the next 5 weeks and you should be Jr. Member

You get merit from other people who choose to give one of your posts merit, so I guess, make good posts!
Your earn stakes after you fulfilled all the rules that are set by the campaign manager. Most important is your rank in this forum. Every rank has its own stake to earn. The higher the rank the more stakes you can acquire. After the signature campaign end when most of time, ICO is over, you will be allocated your stakes in relation to the total number of particpants and tokens are distributed based on your number of stakes.
You can only join signature bounty if you are a junior member,you can choose a good bounty in the lists and join there,there are terms and conditions that you need to follow and complete them,in the end you will get your profit.
There are many bounties in this forum. Almost all have signature campaigns. Newbie do not allow all the signatures. There are conditions for signature. Where can you post, where can not. There are how many posts to be posted each week. If you can post in terms of condition they will give you the stack. If not, you will not get any stack.

In order to do freely participated in the signature campaign your rank needed to be atleast junior member up. You need also to read and understand the rules because this will be your guide what is needed to do on working such as post must be good, quality and constructive so you will easily earn stakes.
In order to participate, you need to be at least a junior member. I advise you to start only after you become a member, you will get more stakes.

First thing you should do is make a lot of research and read the rules about the forum. Second you need to upgrade your rank atleast jr member above to eligible to participate in signature campaign because most of bounty campaigns here newbie are not allowed to joined in signature campaigns. Third if you joined in signature campaign the most important is followed the rules every campaign had a rules you need to follow that. You need to do a meaningful and useful post to have an stakes and at the end of campaign you will gain tokens.

First carefully read the terms and conditions for the signature campaign. There will be a minimum number of posts to be made per week and other conditions. The number of stakes you earn normally depends upon your forum rank. It will be given in the bounty thread.
bounty? i think before you start to join the bounty you should at least junior member rank, because in newbie rank some campaign didn't allow the newbie join the signature for some reason, and second follow the rules of the campaign like minimum post every week, and don't do spam, it very immportant to campaign and this forum

I joined a signature campaign not long ago. As of now, i am okay and still waiting unti it ends. I hope to get good results from what i did. I am not really familiar on earninh stakes. I just follow the steps and just wait. I don't know if i am doing it right. Could you tell me how do you earn stakes while participating in Signature campaign? AS a newbie it is hardly to come by a decent campaign that will accept your rank, mostly, it start from junior member. The stakes are allocated based on your rank , and if you fulfilled requirement for the week, you are given a stake based on your rank. After the campaign is over, all stakes are aggregated and your stakes is divided by the total number of stakes in the signature multiplied by the percentage of funds preserved for signature campaign.
There are also lots of bounty signatures but depending on whether your bounty is successful if they reach the hardcap you will earn and if the tokens you earn are also worth the effort and hard work
