This project is the competition of Youtube? Do you want to make a project that will replace Youtube and there will be no advertising on it? And videos that will be uploaded by users, will they be paid as it is? I was interested in your project!
The bounty programme is good but i seen that you only provide YouTube campaign. I think you have to provide other campaigns like Facebook, Twitter,telegram etc beacause many people can't take participate into YouTube campaign beacause they haven't their channel.so i hope you will launch the some bounty campaign soon.
This is not an ICO but an event that will happening soon in India. It doesn't need social media campaign because the team only wanted a video presentation which I think they will used in the event.

I think the International Blockchain Congeress is a very important event this year because they could discuss all the pass problems abd future developments for all blockchain system users. It is also a way to showcase the new projects thst will launch in the future. This could be the reason why they are looking for youtubers who have alot of followers so that they can easily distribute thier web traffic through the internet.
IBC really have a big role to the community which they are giving new ideas and new hope for the cryptocurrency. Blockchain will be boost and more features and updates will be released soon.

500 participants are quite many number for almost todays. It means that the project is very interesting. The increase is indication that project is continuously growing and fine. More advertising this project will be more famous a d collonade. I agree, so the team have time to think for more upgrade in order to make IBC project more attractive , with that move I am pretty sure that the number of participants will increase more and it can add also popularity to the project.
For me, first thing they need to do and to focus more is their main goal why they created this project, once it achieved success then they may add more features and upgrade in this project.

Also if in youtube there are those fake streamers, bot traffic that views the videos, So I think even if the videos have less viewer but the people and traffic that watches receive by the videos are real person and legit, this could lead on attracting potential members to participate in the IBC.

The first thing need to consider about the project concept would be all the information and details you need to review and master the concept before you can conclude anything in the thread. Since not anyone has the same mind set that's why many are still asking even they read the whole concept. As for its ok to answers some questions if that's not bothered you much.
