This thread should be locked for now, until the official announcement, or create another thread for this fight, and my observation about this up and coming fight, Dasmarinas is good but not enough to beat Inoue, in terms of speed and power, Dasmarinas is slow compared to Inoue but since he has a knock out punch he is still has a big chance.

Inoue vs. Dasmarinas Mandatory Title Fight Ordered By IBF

Quote
Upon his title-unifying points win and World Boxing Super Series championship claim over Nonito Donaire this past November, Inoue has now been ordered to begin negotiations for a mandatory title defense of his International Boxing Federation (IBF) bantamweight title versus Philippines’ Michael Dasmarinas.

“Inoue and Dasmarinas were ordered to begin negotiations on Dec. 3,” IBF spokesperson Jeanette Salazar confirmed to BoxingScene.com on Monday. “They have 30 days (to come to terms).”

https://www.boxingscene.com/inoue-vs-dasmarinas-mandatory-title-fight-ordered-by-ibf--144999

It seems that another Filipino will have a crack on Inoue next year, Michael Dasmarinas. I would admit that Dasmarinas is unheralded, but it seems he is on a wining streak and I'm sure that this is going to be an exciting match.

Dasmarinas record, 30 W/20 by KO, 2 L, 1 D.

Do you know when this match between Inoue and Dasmarinas will take place ? If they had begin negotiations on 3 December, it has a deadline of 30 days which will end on 3 Jan, 2020. So will the fight be anytime in late January ?

Probably wont happen on that time yet decisions/negotiations are still being made and come to think that there would always a sufficient preparation for the fight.I would say 2nd quarter of 2020 would be possible.
For now lets wait for further announcement.

The fight could happen in February and March, I have watched some of Dasmarinas fight and he will be an underdog in this fight, even if he has a good straight punch, he is not quick and fast compared to Inoue but let's see Dasmarinas will need all the help that he needs, he should train hard and be in the toughest shape of his boxing career.
He needs all the preparations that he can get from the conditioning team, the last time we've seen Inoue defeating another Pinoy boxing star though that's really expected as age gap really matters plus Donaire is not that active fighting, but with this young and aspiring boxer fighting with the champ is another
step to be well known with this fighting arena, he needs to showcase his skills and do everything to win the belt.

I'm not giving up on Dasmarinas this early but after seeing Inoue beating Donaire and comparing Dasmarinas, Dasmarinas will be on a very tough fight, Inoue is getting better and better, he now can last the whole 12 rounds without showing a slowdown of power and speed, Dasmarinas should now prepare for this huge, we never know if he gets a big upset here.

Dasmarinas vs Guerfi for IBO World Bantamweight:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_jFxj7UoTg

One punch KO, but I don't know if he has what it takes to beat a fighter like Inoue though. Although I would say that Donaire lay the blue print on how to beat Inoue (he just fell short), Dasmarinas might be have  a hard time against the Monster. He needs to have that check left hook, although he is a lefty, he throw more of a straight left like Manny Pacquiao, in which Inoue can defend, just saying.
Just watched out that video and i can say that this man do really have the power but basing on how he moves then i would say that it wont really be that easy
for him to knocked down Inoue with those simple swings but if caught then he might have the chance.I can say that he have fast and solid punches even on slowmo
you can see the difference. If this fight is mandatory then im more interested to see this fight compared on previous which is on Donaire.

Do we have a live stream channel for this fight? In my country I have no national streaming which I can watch.
There is no arrangement in here. So I want to watch and may bet on.

The fight is not yet done, it was just ordered by the IBF that Inoue should face his mandatory which is another Filipino. So there's no betting line yet and obviously we don't know if there will be live streaming or not.  And we don't know any updates on the negotiations. Anyways, no disrespect to Dasmarinas, but he will be facing Inoue here, who is undefeated has been tested by Donaire. So I don't know how can he win against a fighter who is just above the rest at 118 lbs division.

If you look at the record of Dasmarinas, most of his fights are to an unknown fighter in an unknown event in an unknown place (basketball courts, open air plaza) just to boost his fight record. Sorry for the negative word to a fellow countryman but I don’t think Dasmarinas will stand a chance with Inoue. Going back to the places Dasmarinas fought, I see he fought in large places like in Marina Bay Sands in Singapore but again, I guess its not enough, maybe the manager has did not book him to known international fighters yet and this fight with Inoue will be the first.

and so is Pacquiao and all boxers around the world. the thing is fighting on a big event for boxers is a way to test their strength and further improve their skills as Pacquiao did in his earlier career.
let's give him a chance and not doubt him and give him support as we did to other Filipino boxers before him.

The fight could end in the first six rounds if the two fighters will slug it out but I doubt that will be Inoue's corner plans to do. They'll probably use the speed to evade Dasmarinas' powerful punches and break him down in the later rounds. It's up to Dasmarinas' corner on how they can come up with a plan to slow down Inoue and land that perfect shot.

I like how Inoue fight compared to Dasmarinas , we might not know what would happen but Inoue is good in using his jab against Donaire and he was quick while I think this Filipino boxer might struggle with the speed and power of Inoue.

This makes everything in favor of Dasmarinas. Inoue has everything to lose here and nothing to gain. What if he defeated Dasmarinas? That is just a single tally in his win record but is it really worth taking a risk? I don't think so. I don't think it is wise of Inoue to risk his unblemished record in an opponent as Dasmarinas. Dasmarinas has everything to gain in having a shot at Inoue, on the contrary. He is neither undefeated nor a really bright prospect. If this fight will proceed, this is his golden opportunity.

In fairness to this Filipino fighter, however, although he is not really that popular, he has the IBO bantamweight belt. He is slowly climbing the ladder. Aside from his fights in covered courts, provincial and town gymnasiums, public sports centers, and domestic hotels, he had actually fought in London, China, and Singapore.

Don't underestimate the fighter who just fought on unknown places and with unknown opponents on his past battles. There were also experiences and of course he undergoes training, you may not know that his training could be harder than you thought and of the other boxers. Anyway, I think he is ready and has a long preparation than Inoue.

Inoue: 19 matches
Dasmarinas: 30 matches

This is really an exciting match. If ever Dasmarinas won, he will truly gain popularity for beating Inoue at first.

Yeah right, I am with you in this statement and it would be difficult for Dasmarinas to win against top caliber boxer like Inoue. But then again, it is up to Dasmarinas to prove to his doubters that he also can take on champions and maybe he can make an upset. If this fight will push through and the odds is good, then I will place my money on the Filipino boxer.

I can't argue with that, but he has one punch knock out like Inoue, and that's a straight punch if he can do that to Inoue, he has a good chance, but knowing how Inoue moves, he will have a hard time, he will be the underdog if the fight push through, but as long as a fighter has a knock out punch, he is always in contention, honestly this is the first time I read and see Dasmarinas fight.

And that is the thing with one punch KO artist, they always look for the opportunity, however, when it was not presented to them, they got frustrated and loss the fight.

Yes, he is not impressive, perhaps this is just a stepping stone to him and Manny Pacquiao for sure will give him exposure outside of the Philippines to give him exposure and experience.

I am not impressed with this match up though. I like Inoue fight against Ancajas rather than Micheal Dasmarinas. Though Dasmarinas has an impressive record but I think he is not yet ready to fight against a smart boxer like Inoue.

Filipino boxer against the Japanese champion, I think I would like the odds on this one again, the last time he fought Donaire the odds was very disrespectful to Donaire and I like this underdog because he is younger than Donaire.

@Yaunfitda, thank you for sharing some highlight, I am watching it now.

I like to express my support to the Filipino underdog here and I will surely bet on the dog.

Of course, we always wanted to see underdogs bringing it up and winning the belt. Donaire is so close to accomplished that. The link being shared shows that Dasmarinas has a puncher chance against the Japanese champion. So I will also support the Filipino here, they're making headlines in the boxing world again, with MP, Casimero, Ancajas so let the streak continues. I think Donaire has put a crack on Inoue's chin, when he broke his orbital bone. So Inoue will be very careful if the fight pushes,  and he might be reluctant to engage because of that injury and it's hard to come back coming from that.
