Manny Pacquiao should focus on his job as an elected senator of the Philippines. He was trusted by the voters to act as a senator and wants to see him as a working senator not as a fighting senator. There are lots of issues in the Philippines that he can dip his fingers in. He already made a name in boxing maybe its time for him to hang the gloves and move on.
He is a world class boxer in the first place and then a elected senator ,if he wants to fight that is his passion and boxing gave him everything and you cant dictate someone to do so and so ,by the way you are responding it seems that the issues in philippines are on hold because he is boxing again Tongue ,he cant dream about returning and box after 40 yeara of age as it will be very difficult to maintain the intensity and focus when you are getting old ,so these are the final fights in a great career and dont keep on crying about that

You have your own way of thinking about this great boxer but I would like to see him fighting this time, he has still time to manage his busy schedule but in future we will see him on his job fully devoted, he will prove this once again into this he is still the best.

Manny Pacquiao is still best and more better in technique than Jessie Vargas, so that I am also quite sure it will be easy fight for Manny Pacquiao, so it will be worth to watch this fight but it will be hard for me to place bet on that low odds there even it looking more secure.
That's true Pacman is still the best among all boxer in the world im proud that i am filipino and he had good techniques and unique moves when it comes in boxing match i think yes Manny Pacquiao will Knock Down Vargas in 5 rounds or maybe less hope that it's really worth to watch.

We can't underestimate vargas since he is still a champ in his division, but i would agree that still pacquiao will dominate this match since he have still a fire punch to knock out his enemy on the ring and possibly vargas would be on his list of defeated fighter on his carreer but this will be a though one for pacquiao since he's facing a young blood.

This would be an exciting match for us to see, and lets watch who will prevail if the hero on the ring or the young blood with guts.

Pacman is really doing his job well than the last time when he was still on his home town in which he is one of those who are always absent on hearing. Pacman still manages to practice upon his busy schedule and what more to relax for awhile and enjoy his passion right? I think that i havent seen a boxer yet that makes the whole country to stop by just to watch a fight. If someone can do this then pacman can retire directly

Kinda unusual that some people from the PH itself didn't know the upcoming fight. Honestly while doing the extrajudicial Senate hearing, at the same time he is practicing and do his morning routine together with team Pacquiao under Buboy Fernandez while Roach is out of the country back in that time.

After the Senate finally put an end to the hearing, Pacquiao have more time now to focus on his bout. Well Vargas is good boxer based on his stats and some highlights I have watched but I see Pacquiao will dominate the whole fight. A current WBO welterweight and really a much younger and active Vargas seeing by others as an advantage but Im seeing a unanimous and unquestionable decision favored to Pacquiao in their upcoming fight.

Lots of complaints about that but no doubt he can do both at the same time. I doubt him too in his early phase as a Senator but while time passes by that doubt remove and Im sure he can dominate his co senators when it comes to performance in the future. Just give him time.

I hope Manny Pacquiao will win this fight, i'm little bit surprised Pacman still fight cause i think he will leave the boxing and concentration with his new carrer in politic as a Senator. Pacquiao vs Vargas have a 10 year old different can this thing effecting the match? with pacquiao experience in boxing vargas is quite hard to win this fight

Manny Pacquiao Vs Jessie Vargas next week November 5
Honestly I am not hearing a lot of publicity about this fight specially now that the fight will not be covered by the HBO
Odds with this fight is 6.21 for Jessie Vargas while 1.09 for Manny Pacquiao
Some comments from the net is saying that they are surprised that Manny Pacquiao will have a fight this November 5, they are not even aware.
Take note that this is for the WBO Welterweight Championship.
Fight will be held at Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada

Same as yours  im not quite aware  on this  fight though   hence  many pacquiao  don't tend  to fight anymore because of   hes current  job ( a senador  in Philippines) that's  why  Im not aware with this  that   he would still fight  inspite  of  his  job career. Odds are   insane  though . I would surely  watch this  fight  because  Ill  believe that Manny would  win  this  upcoming fight. Well we don't know the results as  I don't  know  about   vargas too  on his career  fights.

As a boxing fan, this fight has not been as hyped as previous Pacquiao fights, but that might be because of the unknown opponent. I am a Pacquiao fan and he is one of the most exciting, strongest, and fastest boxers of this generation and brings it his all every fight, and this is another fight that I will be watching. That being said, Pacquiao is getting up there in age and he has hinted that this could be his last fight. Pacquiao is also up against a young opponent who is a world champion. I still think Pacquiao will win this fight by unanimous decision.

Well, Vargas beat Bradley in their fight and there was an stoppage by the referee, in their toe to toe fight which doesn't happen when Pacquiao fight Bradley, remember, it's been a long time now since the last time he showed his knocking power and I think this one is a strong opponent for Pacquiao, they only differ in experience...  But I will still go for Pacquiao, as long as he fight this one using his experience and not his power...  Smiley
if manny will show his experience and not allowing his instinct trying to KO his opponent i guess you are correct he will win this but if he will be careless that younger guy can defeat him we knew that younger ones always wanted to show more and eager to win and we are talking about Pacman so if he can see the opportunity for sure he will  grab it right away.

No doubt that Manny will win the match easily, he makes money so easy, God bless him and his politics career.

This is not going to be an easy game for money. Vargas is also a good boxer in fact that he is also a champion, that's why Manny wants to get his belt.

As a boxing fan, this fight has not been as hyped as previous Pacquiao fights, but that might be because of the unknown opponent.

I don't even know why this fight of Manny is not that too noisy, I don't even know that he has an upcoming fight but still I want him to win as I am a solid fan of Manny since the early days of his career.

With odds like these there is high potential of fight being fixed. I am not saying that it is. It is my pure speculation, but we have seen something similar in the past.
I am talking about about Mayweather vs. Pacquiao fight. There are many theories suggesting that fight was fixed.

It's hard to fixed fight in sports unless boxers connive with each other. It's not like a basketball that fouls can be called out of nowhere but in boxing there's a high chance that a player can be knock out and referees cannot do something about it.

You can't declare a knock out player a winner (that's my theory)

age will be the deciding factor here ,i would like to root for pacquiao but vargas is not an easy opponent ,he has only lost to Timothy Bradley and if you look by the books Pacquiao will be the clear winner as he has defeated Timothy Bradley twice,my bet will be on Pacquiao but will wage some amount on Vargas as well as i dont want any surprises and the odds are pretty low for pacquiao as he is the clear favourite

I knew he will back from the retire for another fight when he said he gonna quit boxing to the media, it wasn't truly his decision, his family want him to, but they should know Pacquiao have a big dream and he will never stop until he win the best. His popularity is decrease year by year, I noticed there wasn't many people know about this match. Mayweather should accept the rematch, two retire boxer fight for the best, it will be super epic.

UFC  has absolutely killed boxing

Its sad that the only fight anyone can talk about is rolling out manny's
old bones for one last pathetic paycheck. Boxing needs a miracle.

Surely it does, but still they are liking it the old way and boxing is still in the mainstream as long as the fighter is well known to be a great boxer.

As long as there are great boxers are living on our era then boxing will exist and also as long as there are fans of boxing it will keep the bell ringing.

I would cheer for the people's champ, Pacman all the way!
