Well, looks like all the users that have messaged me re: buying MtGox USD for paypal USD are now listed in this thread.

• Ninja/Hollie I actually did make a transaction with and am now in appeals with Paypal to reverse the transaction
• Stefanie Andrea offered but I declined both because I was currently trying to resolve Ninja/Hollie, and the transaction would take longer than I liked
• Pearikay messaged the following day asking if I was still looking to buy MtGox USD. I declined citing that I was being scammed by Ninja/Hollie. I also received a PM out of the blue from this user just staating, "Hello", to which I responded... "Hi"

As mentioned, I'm still in dispute with Paypal on the Ninja/Hollie/Jung/Yung Whitley account. For some reason Paypal had closed the case without communication from either party and went ahead and deducted my credit card for $300 USD (I even put a stop payment through my bank to prevent the transaction from taking place). I opened an appeal with Paypal on the transaction as I'm now still out the $300 plus the $10 it cost me to put a stop payment on the transaction. If this drags out, then I'll probably be looking at interest on the $300 as well.

Pearikay also started messaging me in the same fashion all his other accounts did out of the blue. Wonder how many he's got going...

Wow... just wow... who needs tv when you have all the drama you need right here... 

Makes you wonder how many more aliases this guy/gal has lieing in wait, or building them up right now as we speak.

Stefanie Andrea is now back under investigation.

Ladies and gentlemen, it turns out that this guy (Pearikay) is also an alt of Hollie/SHlFT, trying to spread misinformation. Now knowing this, look back at these threads:

Without further evidence, I'm afraid that I will have to remove Stefanie Andrea from this investigation. If you have any information about Stefanie Andrea, I need to know it as soon as possible.

It is. I've had dealings with Ninja/Hollie and sent payment to that address, and I can also confirm that the name was Jung Whitley before being changed to Yung Whitley.

Still fully agree.  I am not sure how to get things resolved or how to make it better.  But in the depressed state of world why rip off people.  Especially in your own community.

It's my belief that this is the *good* account that this person doesn't want to flag as a scammer. Yet.

Would be nice to clarify the Stephanie Andrea situation.  The user is selling some stuff here.

I agree with this statement.  It did say Jung Whitley before.  When I talked with Paypal they had this person already on radar for scams so I hope someone puts a stop to it.

wtf? ok no.... this person is changing the paypal info and i'm 100% certain of this. when i first posted all this HERE, the "Jung Whitley" as well as all the other info was copy and pasted, so therefore it was not a typing error. and now i also noticed from my screenshot that the name is now changed to "Yung Whitley". so it's not just your mind playing tricks on you, this person is changing his/her info on paypal. just like how he changed his forum name from Ninja to Hollie.

At first glance mine was sent from Jung  Whitley not Yung Whitley. It is the identical email address though.

On further inspection the transaction is Yung Whitley!
It is quite a coincidence that the amounts are exactly the same 1 day apart.



I  seriously seems like info is changing over time though. I could have swore the first time he was verified and paid out of a bank account. I would have never done it otherwise because I had another buyer with BTC.

Paypal is probably trying to cover their ass after the complaint they got.

Here is Payment I sent to Hollie/Ninja.  I don't know how to screen capture or I would have.

I haven't seen any evidence that the Paypal Stefanie use (Jung Whitley) is the same Paypal account Hollie/Ninja accepted funds at. So far it's just hearsay. It could be true. I  just haven't seen any evidence.
