Its pretty sick that the bitcoin has so much stores in Brazil, I of course I hope it will stay growing but we still have to see that due to the fact its not just something that is growing very fast and easy.
Lets hope that its going to the right direction.

Brazil has so many stores for bitcoin I did not imagine this from a south american country I would think that bitcoin is a lot less known over there.
But this proved me wrong though they are probably more bitcoin developed than alot of EU countries are.
I believe North America and Europe countries are having more development than this but still 150 shops are very big number of merchants who are accepting bitcoins. I'm sure there will be more people are adopting bitcoin in other part of the world, but having huge number of merchants must be very useful for people even they are less numbers. But this proved me wrong though they are probably more bitcoin developed than alot of EU countries are.

Brazil has allot of shops i been there a year ago and they had just one shop and now we are almost more than one year further and they have exploded with bitcoin

Indeed it is great i have been there too but i didn't really notice a big pressence of bitcoin ofcourse there were a few stores here and there but brazil is so big that 150 stores doesn't really feel like alot when you are walking around the streets of rio.
It is crazy how Brazil has this many stores that accept Bitcoin because in my country I only know one shop that accept Bitcoin for some reason.
They need to come with more stores in my country that will accept Bitcoin.

This is a good initiative for the country of Brazil and for sure there are going to be dominated by bitcoin in their economy. I hope the government of Brazil is going to be able to completely adopt the usage of bitcoin so that they are going to be a total cashless society. And if other sees that for sure they are going to make Brazil as inspiration.

150 is a big amount of stores to have that accept bitcoin but if you think about the size of brazil then it's relatively nothing and we need to grow out even more!

Nice development for brazil that they have this many phsyical stores already to spend their bitcoin that sure helps the bitconomy.
Altough I am jealous that we are not that spoiled yet in europe, I am hoping to see lots of stores here too soon.

That are really much stores for such a country also because most of the people in that country are really poor so how are they able to fix bitcoins i dont think the stores will go well but we will see.
I hope that it will happen too here in my country that you can use your bitcoin locally.. even in starbucks.

Brazil has been showing great progress with bitcoin so far this thread is old so I can only imagine the amount of shops they have right now.
This might have been done cause the olympics were being hold there so they had alot of people from everywhere which use bitcoin aswell.

This is a good news, in other countries, more and more shops to accept bitcoin bitcoin development is undoubtedly a good thing, people use bitcoin, bitcoin will be favored by more people. I hope in my country, more shops to accept bitcoin transactions
It is great to hear that. Sadly, my country does not accept bitcoin as a currency. Search Vietnam on the bitcoin map, as you can see, there is not any bitcoin shop there. Hope that one day, bitcoin will be popular in my country Jump to:
