Bitcoin ATM is not a news for us. The biggest thing is it appears on the
Xinwen Lianbo of CCTV on 28 October. This makes the last item of the Xinwen Lianbo today.
In case you don't know what it is, Xinwen Lianbo, literally "News Simulcast", is a daily news programme produced by China Central Television (CCTV). It is shown simultaneously by most terrestrial television channels in mainland China, making it one of the world's most-watched programmes.
A more important point is that Xinwen Lianbo is the MOST important political propaganda of CCTV. Any news appearing on it has to be seriously censored. The appearance of Bitcoin on Xinwen Lianbo is a really strong signal that the Chinese government, aka. the Chinese Communist Party, does not hate Bitcoin.
