I can't help you but I have also integrated gpu (intel hd graphics 5500) and I have had no problems with the client.

My personal laptop has a dedicated GPU and that works fine. This work laptop is quite an old model, maybe 7-8 years old (HP Compaq 6110b). It has a Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express for video. I can't believe the application is that heavy that it would not run on the laptop. There must be some way to get past this error.
