Just joined the signature campaign. was trying to buy brk from bittrex last night but seem closed. so i guess this is still an option for me. besides i only have few btcs. Smiley

The ICO is still ongoing, isn't it?

Yes we're just Day 2 into our sale on Bittrex.  We raised 247 btc the first hour.  Apologies there isn't a total btc counter at the moment but Bittrex is working on adding one.

So when bittrex said you are licensed and legal in the US this was absolute bs? As it's closed to the US it would make that impossible.  Another bittrex lie lmao. Trash exchange they are.

To be licensed and legal in the US you have to follow the law and have licenses. That's what they said they are doing.

Read what they said and then see this is far from the case. For one it's hella expensive beyond what this ico would generate and secondly it just goes to show bittrex is a bs exchange.

"This site will be licensed and regulated, and will be closed to U.S. players and players from other countries where we are not licensed.  It is our intent, over time, to be licensed in as many jurisdictions as possible."

Also fwiw it has nothing to do with breakout team they are right to disinclude the states due to regulations.  The issue is bittrex lied plain and simple and is scammy AF.

You are reading something into what Bittrex has said. I'm trying to figure out what that is.

just curious about BRK coin and BRK chips convertion ,
i saw in breakout poker software using BRK chips not coin ,
is it 1:1 , or 1:... ?

Chips is just play money but you can use it to enter BRK coin tournaments to win real BRK coins.

i'm not talking about now , and i'm not talking about practice chips (play money)
i'm talking about later when ico is finished and poker software is ready to accept BRK deposit and ring games is open,

Oh I see. Afaik the software will use BRK coin directly and not the chips currency that is used in the play money client. When real money opens there will be another client download required to play for real money and it will use BRK coin. This is how I have understood things.

Hi All - to help clarify the question about the gaming operations, perhaps this will help.

We intend on launching a real money version of the poker site, along with a full casino and sportsbook, in early fall.  This will include other verticals as well, including a live casino, and both virtual and fantasy sports.  We will also be launching an eSports site in July, a full digital download game store in August, and a lottery site in September.  All of our licensed and regulated games will be available for play in legal jurisdictions.

Will they all use BRK or is that just the poker/casino?

To clarify the current free poker site chips further, these chips will not now, or in the future, have any value.  Nor will they be exchangeable for any other types of chips, tokens, prizes, crypto currencies or fiat currencies in any form.  They are, however, available to be used for free tournament entries that award BRK and other prizes as announced.

When we launch our completely separate real money poker site, the chips in play will have a value that is directly tied into the value of BRK.  Those chips can be considered to be "real money" and will be treated as such.  They have no relationship to the value of chips on the free poker site.

This site will be licensed and regulated, and will be closed to U.S. players and players from other countries where we are not licensed.  It is our intent, over time, to be licensed in as many jurisdictions as possible.

OK, so you have another centralized, KYC and IP screening casino site = one of 100s...
So you are going HEAD-To-HEAD with Poker Stars with 80-90% of market share (since BTC sites are microscopic)...
And you have a bunch of Tier 2 poker "stars" on career downside that can't get a better sponsorship.

All previous Bitcoin casino sites have underwhelmed due to complexity, lack of convenience, disinterest, etc..
And this one explodes complexity without giving the Customer any positive crypto features like privacy, decentralization, etc.

Can someone please explain the Competitive Advantage this has vs Mainstream Internet Casinos?
For example, will rake be slashed dramatically from Poker Stars' 9%?

Packed full of delicious FUD goodness in every bite!  Yummy Wink
