I’m having problem on account registration. It requires me to do KYC before I can play in the casino that requires address, number and ID verification just to play in here. I tried to skip it but it's the main requirements to claim bonuses and airdrop. The regular bonuses you offered in weekdays is something good but I don't to undergo KYC just to claim it.

Most players won't need ID verification right away in order to check out the site, deposit, play, and withdraw, but you will need to help us verify your account with some ID before you can claim promotions like our deposit bonus. I'm sorry, but bitcointalk users aren't exempt from that. We ask for KYC because of our license -- we think being licensed here in the Isle of Man provides the most security and protection for our players, and one of the requirements to hold that license is that we verify accounts to ensure things like that our players are over 18.

The KYC is prompted even for just depositing amount meaning we can't use the casino unless we provide personal information and mobile number before we can play any games. Most of casino here that has license to operate don't require KYC upon initial registration and even claiming bonus. They just requires it in case to case basis.
Btw I try to fill up the KYC but It didn't working. It keeps giving me an error and try again without stating what's the error on the data that I provided.
Yes, you do have to let us know who you are before you can deposit and play -- that's a requirement of our license, and we work really hard to comply with those requirements. I understand that most casinos here in the forum don't require that... the difference is in the type of license that those casinos hold. Sites whose license is from Curacao might require less or no KYC, but their license also offers different protection and recourse for players. I think it's a matter of what's most important to each person. If complete anonymity is more important to you than the player protection that we can offer, I understand that!

Understood and thanks for clarification. It will be helpful if you will include this info on the front page so that user will be aware and avoid inquiry like I did. Most of the users preferred a non-KYC casino just to make sure they will be informed about this requirement before they can play in the casino.
