What I don't fully understand is why it was decided to change the name of the site. Surely that must also be very confusing for existing customers? If I were to play at a gambling site that suddenly has a different name, I would think about it. It would have been more convenient to set up a secondary site and keep the existing site. There's little to no negative feedback on btb88, so I don't see the problem with sticking to that site name.
