you require id verification+ a bank statement ? well thats a lot of sensitive documents right there, are ppl really sending those out ? i mean they can be sold in the darkweb or worse (not saying that u will), its just that your are a new casino and asking for such verification is kinda lot

Hi ramzifcb47,

The ID verification details is for the purpose of confirm your age and account ownership, as this is a regulatory requirement for our license in the Isle of Man. In regards to bank statements this is not necessary if you have any form of utility bill, gas or electricity will suffice to confirm the address registered on your account, many of our players have completed this KYC process and are betting on our site (live dealer games being most popular).

We can assure you and all our players to have registered and submitted KYC details to us that your information will be processed securely and will not be used for any other means other than that required by our regulator for verification purposes.

We hope you appreciate the length we have gone to for obtaining our gaming license, which ensures that we operate safely and securely for the benefit of our players and their Bitcoin's.

Thanks

What's boring here is that the withdrawal takes too long to process  Cheesy more than 12 hours still pending while on other sites it is instant

They claims that they do fast payout, but more than 12 hours is absolutely not fast at all. Fast identics to instant withdrawal, if it takes more than more than 12 hours then it must be manual withdraw where admin need to approve your request first before sending it. On other side, it is weekend already, admin may have less time on the site so thats why your withdrawal is still pending.

Hi Bitinity & Cepot,

Thank you for the inquiry and our apologies for any delays.

Bitinity is correct in that our withdrawal approval process is manually reviewed, so processing time is prone to operating times especially with our team adjusted working due to current social distancing. If withdrawal requests are received during operating ours of 8AM - 8PM GMT, we usually have these done in minutes.

We will take this feedback and look to improve our processing services as soon as possible for all our customers.

Thank you, keep safe and good luck.

Can we play anonymously?

Hi Alphie12,

The only games we offer anonymous players are the 'play for fun' slots, in order to play for real Bitcoin we will require KYC from players confirming their age to protect against underage betting.

We are a licensed and regulated Bitcoin gaming platform, so please be assured that any information and transactions you process with us is secure and used only for the purpose of security on your gaming account.

We hope you join us and enjoy our offers.

Thanks
btb88

I think this will be the factor that will shun gamblers to play on your website. A lot of known online casinos here are not requiring KYC, only for certain amount of withdrawals. So I think you really need to work hard on your promotions and rewards so players will have good reason to submit their KYC docs.

Thanks for the feedback Twinkledoe.

We will certainly grow our player offerings as we develop our site and hope that players feel comfortable joining our regulated platform.

There are many benefits to joining btb88 even though players have to provide KYC, for starters players can feel comfortable knowing that their Bitcoin winnings are safe and be certain they will get their withdrawals. Secondly, every games provider we work with is regulator certified to be fair which we feel is very important to players enjoying our games.

All feedback is welcome as we seek to improve our services to players.

Thanks and good luck.

Only 3 players were participating on your slot tournament? It is very unfortunate imho but there must be a reason why not many people participated. Let me guess what the most possible reasons:
1. It is due to the KYC thing, there are still many people want to gamble anonymously especially if they gamble for small amount only.
2. Small prizepool compared to other slot tournament by other casinos so slot lovers prefer to participate in other tournament with higher prizepool.

Hi Bitinity,

Thanks for the feedback.

btb88 is still a new gaming platform having only launched this year, so the number of players in Round 1 are quite low (better chance to get in the prizes), but we are aiming to ramp up the prize pool and the number of slots we have plugged in for our players on enjoy, stay posted for these.

As for the KYC, btb88 is a fully licensed and regulated operator so we need to verifying our customers details for security reasons. Whilst we understand the security and personal data concerns of players who want to remain anonymous, we have gone to great lengths to get our Isle of Man operating license that not only ensures that we treat players personal data with great care, but we also provide players with piece of mind that their Bitcoin funds are secure and we wont just run away with them.

So, hopefully as we build out site with more games and larger promotion offers, players will come to trust btb88 and have peace of mind betting on our site.

Thanks

Hi everyone at BitcoinTalk,

Is everyone ready for another tournament? Round 1 was too easy for the 3 players who snapped up Bitcoin prizes and congrats to them.

We know a couple of players wanted to get in last minute to grab some of the prizes, but was delayed, so here's Round 2 running from 17th to 23rd April.

Good luck everyone.

Hi everyone at BitcoinTalk,

Our btb88 'Slots Tournament - Round 1' with a prize pool of 30mBTC will run from 9th April 20 til 15th April 20.

The field is likely to me small for this first tournament, so the chances of making it into the prize pool is high.

Prize:

1st Place----------10 mBTC
2nd Place----------7 mBTC
3rd Place----------4 mBTC
4th Place----------3 mBTC
5th - 10th Place--1 mBTC

Full details here: https://btb88.com/en-us/promotions

Good luck to everyone.

Congratulations to all the winners in our first slots tournament, your Bitcoin prizes will be paid out shortly.

1st Place   m*****par 660 Points
2nd Place   p*****res   120 Points
3rd Place   a*****lah   100 Points

There was plenty of prize opportunities missed here, but dont worry Round 2 will be coming soon where everyone will get the chance to snap up more Bitcoin prizes.

Do you need to pass through KYC in order to withdraw ?

Hi ramzifcb47,

Once you have passed the initial KYC and your account is set for Bitcoin transactions you will not have to provide any further KYC for withdrawals.

Also, quick reminder of our slots tournament round 1, there are plenty of prize places left, so a really good chance to snap a little extra bonus.

Enjoy the games.

Thanks
