The market is dropping.
Another surge in price before the end of this year?
Thoughts?
Yeah i guess this is really a sad thing for everybody but i guess no doubt about that i think in the coming months it will still pump in the narket ialso guess dumping is just a normal thing in the market because it is all about a lot there are a lot of circulation. Happening.
this is indeed a sad situation 2 days have passed and the market is dominant surge downwards. if there's a pump then there will dump is a reasonable but this is expected to last longer especially if there is a chain split.

Yes, the digital currency market is indeed declining. But we need not worry, because our sustenance has been arranged. So,  keep calm and wait. Smiley

Yeah let's hope for the better and trust the activation of segwit2x. Hope it will bring good to bitcoin community. Better hold and don't have a massive sale of coins at it will also affect the current rate.

Yes the market is dropping and it is dropping hard and last for a long time, it's makes the trade go stagnant and create a hell situation for a lot of people, but it will go up, I think everyone is holding back due to this August, they are taking precaution step, after the August I believe the price will become better

I think most of the people have August 1 on their minds and that's why so many similar threads everywhere on the forum, if there were no event to take place in the coming month there wouldn't be so many people asking questions like this. Yes sure the current downward trend in the market may also be because of August 1 to some extent but that doesn't mean it's going to be the end of bitcoin or cryptocurrency for that matter. Just like there are people spreading negative things, there are also people with positive news and the number of such people is much more bigger than the ones with negative news. I think there is going to be everything fine after August 1 and soon we will see a surge in the price of bitcoin and altcoins.

Kind of having conflicts inside my mind. Hoping for bitcoin to drop low as it can because that would create an amazing opportunity for me to invest something since from July 16th I'd be able to invest money close to 1k euros, bit on the other hand, if bitcoin drops that low I might be having some trouble in other areas.

This august is going to be rather interesting.

The UASF result may be swallowing your mind deeply because the worst thing will happen is bitcoin prices will really down and have no value, this is why there is a panic wave from many users, the potential for big profits from bitcoin will be very small, similarly with altcoin, many people say bitcoin value will return to 2013.

Panic selling underway. Some saw their portfolio dropping by 40% in 2 days and couldn't stomach it anymore. They are now unloading their coins and taking the loss as soon as they possibly can. Many entered the crypto space when everything was green but things look gloomy now.

And eventually the dust will settle and the accumulators will be at it yet again.

Not a good time to sell.
But a good time to buy.
Price surge will happen after all of this ruckus ends. Panic sellers will go back and they will be forced to buy even if there is no profit from the price they have sold now. That happens with everyone but it will a good time to remember and take the lesson from it.

I have tried to understand what is really happened and I find out that two things is happening to cryptocurrency now! One of those things is panicking by amateurs traders who are selling off their position because of fear of what is going to happen August 1st, Another thing I think is happening is  professional traders taking profit and this has been playing out several times since the beginning of cryptocurrency trading markets.

Are there so many users appear all the time or everyone just have short memory? Every Bitcoin user with smallest experience should now that fluctuation in price is normal and volatility for Bitcoins is natural. But I guess we will witness new waves of panic selling with.no reason especialy before August 1.

New wave of users are panic selling now. I know a load of people who bought in at the peak despite my warnings, but hey.... somebody has to pay the bill, right?

Not somebody but always some newbie that lost in Euphoria for how high btc going up and some old greed one.

Totally agree for the "bill"

finally after few times bitcoin had a good price today it dropped but for me the price still reasonable although a bit worry if the price can't recover again but i took my own risk with holding my bitcoin at least for next few days and we as the bitcoiners actually have to realize that dump and pump always be a part for cryptocurrency so actually this is common situation but indeed most people will panic
