As soon as the identity of the actors and their families are known, the chance is high to get a reasonable agreement.

Obviously when you want to try to find his identity you should just keep this information as part of the puzzle which can be helpful and may or may not be true. But I don't think it matters much anyway, I highly doubt anyone can find his identity and I highly doubt that authorities are gonna care. Still obtaining as much information as possible should be good, right?

I would agree that the authorities probably won't give a rip, and even if we did know who he was, aside from filing a law suit there isn't much that will happen.

Well, there are other means of punishment if we know who it is.....  Wink

Its that simple as perforating the tires of his car etc.....  Grin

lol, that's hardly the same cost to him as he has costed us, but that would be funny none the less! Smiley

According to the Acquisition message of Ron James

6. USD Deposits will no longer be accepted. USD Balances are currently being paid out directly to USD users as we speak.

Did anyone get some USD?

Forget legacy account withdraw problems, I and many others have had their accounts flat out deleted. Why did they not do this to everyone and just take the money and run? Only reason can be they are still fishing for more deposits.
DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY THERE, IT IS A SCAM - the proof is all here if you care to read back through the posts.
Hey Btcarbs if you're reading this restore my account mar79 or I will make sure this thread and other places on the net are constantly updated to dissuade any possible new investors - at least that way I will get my moneys worth you cunt$

Another withdrawal paid today. As long as I get paid, I don't care if they're Russian scammers.

0.0001 ?

just kidding.

Fact is the site is a 100% scam and whatever you got paid will end soon. And by no means should anyone send them one more penny.

The reason why I said "Poland most likely" is because that is an holiday that is really celebrated there (at least seems like that.)

That russian holiday is a bit strange cuz other sources say: Spring and Labour Day is celebrated in Russia on the 1st of May. So I am not sure if that is really celebrated at May 3.

In my opinion that's a broad assumption, while it's possible; I wouldn't just randomly pick a country based upon holidays when there are several countries with that same holiday - especially when a few messages back there was someone who wired money to btc-arbs and it went to an individual in Florida.
Obviously it's just a clue and no 100% proof *. But calling May 3 a holiday in the USA seems unlikely to me.

* just like me connecting this site to a previous ponzi PokerByProxy etc months ago was just a clue and no 100% proof.

Right, so by that admission then we clearly don't know what country this person is in. It's too broad of an assumption and there is too much other information to consider. It could be the bank account is in one of the countries you listed and the admin is in Florida or some sort of similar set up.

They aren't even trying, anymore. Saturday a holiday (what?) and tiny Sunday results in advance...and with a $10 plus spread all day. They don't seem to even care about giving the appearance of legitimacy anymore, which begs the question...why continue the charade?

May 3 National Holiday (May-3rd-Constitution Day—Święto Konstytucji 3 Maja) is a Polish national and public holiday that takes place on May 3.

At least we know where this ponzi owner is from now.

Saturday   May 3   Labour Day Holiday   China
Saturday   May 3   Constitution Memorial Day   Japan
Saturday   May 3   Constitution Day   Poland
Saturday   May 3   Spring and Labor Day Holiday   Russia
Saturday   May 3   Cross Day   El Salvador
(actually above are all May 3 '14 holidays, but I think Poland is most likely?)

Too bad you never trusted my judgement, FreeJack

Why Poland? Is that just a random guess???
I googled "3 may holiday" and Poland came up: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/May_3rd_Constitution_Day

The other holidays are actually an edit in my post. But I agree it can be Russia or one of these other countries too.

Good eye you had for the holiday's - which pretty much guarantees that it is a Russian admin and also the even less likely any attempt to find the admin of one ponzi game would ever lead to any success.

A majority of the admins are from Russia whether they are bad admins like the btc-arbs or part of the group that controls the industry.
