I'm another (possibly) lucky one who just today got my full legacy balance transferred back to my regular balance. After noticing that, I initiated a full withdrawal of 1.006 BTC. I'll report back once I either receive them or the 36 hour window goes by without receiving them. Fingers crossed!

Of those who got their full legacy back, how may tried to contact their support prior versus just waiting. I have a feeling they are only oiling the squeaky wheels to get some cheerleaders on their side and draw in some more positive speculation.

So basically what they've done is taken our coin, use it to trade and pay us back the interest into our new fund...sweet.
No, we don't get interest on the funds they took.
Well, the "interest" is basically what's being paid back into the non-legacy balance.

just fyi: as we speak my amount is unconfirmed in my wallet...so it seems I recovered them back...now I feel lucky and I hope for the best for everyone here, specially for the ones with big amounts 30+ btcs here...
And I had a sarcastic message 20 pages ago but I said one thing: if this will happen, I will post the following message:
Thank you btc-arbs for giving me back my funds (including the profit).
At least for me it was an interesting experience. A lot of stress lately.

I invested 0.97 btcs and I took out 1.13 btcs overall in a matter of 13 days - not counting the days after easter until now - with 0 profit...I think it was ok overall, but still - lots of nerves. I actually kissed them goodbye, but they're back.

Do not tell me its about new deposits. By now everyone knows about this "legacy" issue and only people not doing any research would invest ATM. If you belong to this group you do not know anything about them, you don't know they introduced selective payments or any other payments so you are not affected by this at all.

Selective payouts, fake technical issues, whatever, all stories and things to string you along.
Paul at MNO has well over 100 people in his downline of btc-arbs. He puts scam status if him and his referrals are not paid.

Leancy also resumed selective payouts for a short period after stopping payments. Then they ran off with at least a million bucks. For anyone playing HYIP's - don't ever invest in any program if they stop payouts or delay payouts regardless of what happens shortly after. All tactics to run with more money.

I am not trying to defend them or anything but the fact remains they gave me back my BTC. Show me one real scammer which would do that, I simply have no explanation for this.
Questions: what amount was returned to you? more than 1 btc? also did you asked for withdrawal? if yes, have you received the amount in your wallet?
I am still concerned and reserved until I will see my btc back I asked 1.10x btc withdrawal.

If that is the truth, then that is called "Selective Payouts" a category referred to many HYIP's that are winding down. Of course congrats on getting your funds back, but I doubt we will be seeing anyone posting they've been paid who have 50 bitcoin invested.

It won't prove me wrong at all. You never invest in any HYIP that stops paying and then resumes. That also is not unheard of. It's a sign of instability or a ploy to get more deposits before turning off.

It won't prove me wrong at all. You never invest in any HYIP that stops paying and then resumes. That also is not unheard of. It's a sign of instability or a ploy to get more deposits before turning off.
It could also mean it is a company that had some major issues and is trying to pay everyone back. We have to wait and see what happens. It still may fold tomorrow but we will not know for sure until the dust is settled. It is a good think to warn of current issues and then it is up to the individual to asses the level of risk they are comfortable with.
