I'm amazed they're not even trying to defend themselves anywhere. If they're truly not a scam then, if I was them, I'd be going out of my way to prove everything is cool and above board. Their silence and posting messages on results only makes things worse.

I'm still hanging on to the hope that they're just a badly run company from a custom service point of view.

I suspect that they afraid of Bank Run.
So they dismiss a very small amount of legacy funds, so to be manageable the withdraw. personally I left all the returns of legacy funds so to see what will happen. I feel that it may be a not so clear scam case...
I m worried about that earns have not be appeared on the account and breaks the case of Acquisition statement.

what I can believe? May some guys still deposit their bitcoins and we get a share of them, so we are all scams because we withdraw these very small shares to our wallets!

I suggest to leave all these fractions of our investments to the site and see what is going on. We never know if withdraws come back to us as boomerang!

Yes, we all got this. It s not the question how much but the question is WHY?? You are a scammer, community knows about this and the actual deposits seriously decrease. Yet, you disburse SIGNIFICANT amount of BTC every other day and let people withdraw. It does sound a small amount per account but multiply this with 20-30k accounts.

Yep that is why it is weird. It reminds me of what happened/happening with cryptorush. Coins where taken in a hack and the plan is to pay everyone back over time even though it will be small fraction at a time.

Just an update. I was able to withdraw my BTC amount that was transferred out of the legacy status. Granted it was a very small amount of my total but they did give me that much back. Only 1.6 more BTC to go now Roll Eyes

WTF? So WHY would they let people withdraw now if they are going to run?Huh? This is some strange scammer.

I've had enough of you ignorant bastards doing nothing but spreading more FUD. It is not constructive at all and you have nothing of substance to offer. If it's a scam, let it be more than just your speculation, offer something the public may not know. How many times has the site gone down and the flood of scam evangelists rush to the forums with doomsday prophecy? I remember countless posts here and there about how it was all over, "you're all screwed", with tremendous confidence of those posters who never returned to apologize. Oh and just so you know - most of us were looking at this as very high risk and could afford to lose what was invested. We are adults (in most cases). Add to the discussion productively, with factual news, as everyone has an opinion. We don't care to hear about the 38 dollars you lost and we all should have known better.

Well said. Way too many newbies on here crying boohoo and spreading FUD over their supposed lost .1 bitcoin. Honestly if you're still living in mommies basement you should be more concerned with other things, like video games or something. Leave bitcoin "investing" to the grown ups. LOLsauce.

Speaking of being adults: don't read it if you 'have had enough'. The simple fact is: there is still hope floating around even in this room, so people are waiting and wondering with one foot in and one foot out so to speak. It's the natural progression of both humans and business and the interactions that go on. Not to mention many people have a lot more at risk than .1btc and it is their right to have access to their money, when they can't, they have ever right in the book to bitch and moan. So.... Be an adult and deal with it or DONT READ IT! Find a book to read, do some exercise, get out and do something rather than reading what you have 'had enough of'.

You might want to take a look at the discussion backlog...don't be surprised. It's just the BTC-arbs implosion countdown, get ready for the ride!

Ah some people are not so clever, others it seems just like to spread fud. Please try a little common sense next time! If you haven't logged in since the website meltdown previously (if you somehow managed to miss that) then you will need to reset your login credentials using the websites password reset tool. Yes my name is Adam and you can thank me later, please send bitcoin to 14Ym4zN27QFUZjckN4y2wsMmhhJ22xc27P k thx bye. Wink

Why go through all of the theatrics just to disappear with everyone's money? Well... If they ever were taking legacy funds via dollars, their identify can be tracked through the fiat banking system. So perhaps the strategy is discontinue fiat transactions, keep hold of as much of everyone's BTC as possible with this buyout, legacy funds narrative... basically stall the whole operation for a while, and then when they perceive they have enough distance from from the fiat services they've used (perfect money, solidtrust, ego) then, and only then, will they feel safe disappearing with the BTC.

If we've decided this is a scam, then people need to start filing complaints and running down the trail via fiat. This article about the suits against BFL references places online where people can start filing complaints (http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2014/04/digging-for-answers-the-strong-smell-of-fraud-from-one-bitcoin-miner-maker/). We'll probably never get our funds back, but at least we can create some problems for the operators.

And they're probably watching this thread... We'll see if my account is the next one that gets locked out.    Grin

I'm sorry for anyone who has lost funds, but I just don't think it's realistic to think that these guys are legit.

At this point, I'd say they've pretty much removed all doubt. Now we just have to hope that somehow we are able to get some reasonable percentage of our money out.

"unnecessary customer inquiries" -- now that takes some balls.

It shows what jerks they people really are.

Hi, folks,

I sent these guys a support ticket asking for more information about what's going on. It seems strange to me that if they were bought that there wouldn't be an announcement on their top page, not just a message in their support center. Got no reply. Googling reveals nothing about the company that made the purchase or Ron James.

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. this is a weird scam to be sure, but scam it is. Please don't put any more money in with these guys and warn anyone you know who's thinking about it.

If this was even a little legit, then they would be giving us updates - particularly about how long it will take them to release our funds. Poor customer communication, especially in time of transition, loses customers. Lack of interest in keeping us informed a) says they don't really care about us since they're not really an arbitrage business, and b) they're counting on us to keep hoping so we don't go ballistic.

I'm sorry for anyone who has lost funds, but I just don't think it's realistic to think that these guys are legit.
