Ugh this sucks....I put in a withdrawal request on 4/18/14.  After a couple of days of not hearing anything I put in a support ticket. One day later my transaction history shows "22/04/2014 17:46   Bitcoin withdrawal for 1.8011 bitcoins cancelled by admin".

I have since put in another ticket explaining that their website states "within 36 hours" and that is has been 7 days as of today.  Still no response.

I hope we get our funds back, cause one thing is for sure.....I will never use BTC-Arbs again.

Hi all,
We cannot say what is the future of btc-arbs. I still think it may take some time to get back on track, but could recover, and to get some returns sometime...
My account has a bit more than 50btc (plz no comment on if it was a good idea). The thing is, I really need to get some money for paying invoices this month. I propose to sell my account with the 50 btc on it for a fraction of the btc's. Here is a screenshot of my account... Anyone interested ? I'm thinking of 15btc... let's discuss it... needless to say i'm serious and it is quite urgent to me.

anyone ?

Ouch, I'm sorry man. The problem now is, even 15btc is money someone is basically trusting to btc-arbs. I wish you luck in that quest, I'm feeling for you.

We can surely conclude now that they are a SCAM. Will investigate further. I might get some more information in the days ahead. Seems Adam is known as 'sceptre' on the talkgold.com ponzi forum and a close friend of another infamous guy there, with the nickname 'patryn'. A former evangelist and pusher of the now defunct ponzi payment processor Lberty Reserve. Rest assured Adam we are very close...

tough spot to be in dude ... I thought I was crying after my 5+ BTC in 2 separate accounts...
I would have offered some but am in same limbo as all of us ... I guess that opens the table for odd takes... basically you potentially get offered the respective fraction of the lump sum...

so I say 10:1 we get f..d by them and loose the BTC ( gut feeling )... anyone else care to say any other odds ?

Pretty high volume site, I think it would be serious jail time, death if they scammed 1% of those people Shocked

I'm pretty confident that we're still gonna get out BTC back..

Yeah, I've also lost about 1 BTC on btc-arbs but I've also made some (took out about 0.1 BTC every 10 days) I knew from the beginning that it was too good to be true but I thought to myself that this can go south in  the near future or make me some good profits since I've stopped mining some time ago and don't really want to buy BTC. It did both and i'm almost evened out. Weather they return the legacy funds or not I think it's a good lesson for the community to take the time and research on where they put their money into. It seems that nobody here learned the Gox lesson. Then there's the other possibility that the guys are legit but really suck at PR. I've heard that folks get their accounts emptied or denied acces to them just for speaking out. I'm willing to take this chance and will keep you updated Wink

Anyone try phoning +86 137 7194 2323?
It's the number on their FB page... International numbers are blocked on my contract Sad

Chinese; the number is not in service.

Surprised ? Not me..

I don't think it's their official fb page, it looks more like a guy named Mehdi Pazhoohesh (mehdi343) is trying to make it looks like official fb page using absence of official btc-arbs fb account, but every link over there is his personal referral link...

They/he even advertise some new HYIP on the page (Oil rig...) not related to btc-arbs (at least at the first look)

There's been like 15000 bitcoins dumped today...
dumped you mean sold?

Yea well dumped/sold same thing Tongue they're just unloading, and people aren't putting in the dollar to back it up, cos obviously everyone wants it as cheap as possible, and whoever is unloading, isn't really taking the whole community into consideration...
Dont you think this is the cause?
