That page says "btc-arbs.com IS VULNERABLE. " ?

No it is fine.  That test can give a false positive when load is high.

Does someone else want to ask them about fixing Heartbleed?  I'd do it, but I don't know how to properly keep track of the certs and see how/if they would fix it.

It looks like BTC Arbs is vulnerable to Heartbleed, let's watch if they fix this or not.

Deposit at the site was different to gambling sites, it takes a few hours for your deposits to show up.

Hi mate, why the hell is this thread in gambling ?

This sort of bothered me too, so I started a new thread a week or two ago under securities:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/btc-arbs-high-performance-pooled-arbitrage-fund-or-529475

The gambling forum is probably a little more appropriate so not to confuse people even more about HYIP's since the Bitcoin market is new to HYIP's. But considering the Securities forum does state as a warning "Watch out for Ponzi schemes. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose." it probably is just as appropriate for a HYIP thread.

Hi mate, why the hell is this thread in gambling ?

Because that's where all the Ponzi/HYIP threads are?

Hi mate, why the hell is this thread in gambling ?

1. It is sort of a risky investment >> U might lose all of your coin

2. This is the best place that best fitted the various bitcointalk forum section.

Just logged in without a problem, however the yield over the last 3 days has been less than what I'm making from mining.   :-(

I logged in and initiated a withdrawal successfully.  It hasn't come through yet, but it usually takes a while.

Rude admin at btc-arb?

Rudeness, along with condescension, is the hallmark feature of SCAMMER!

Stay away from btc-arb, people. Get your btc out RIGHT NOW.

If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck, IT'S A DUCK!!!

If you have to debate whether it's a ponzi scheme or not, it MOST PROBABLY is a PONZI SCHEME.

ding ding ding. The fact that anyone is debating whether its a ponzi game or not is ludicrous.

Do your research, play ponzi games the right way, and stay away from the ones launched to steal as much money as possible as quickly as possible.

Yonce, if there is a newcumer on the HYIP market, how do you detect his longevity and that he is a "good one"? What are signs for that? Wheres HYIP community platforms to talk about and to learn more about good ones and bad ones?

money-news-online.com is probably the biggest english speaking HYIP site I participate in. Any site even worth thinking about investing in will be listed there. You also need to find what part of the industry you want to take part in. The high interest rate high risk ones, or risk into the low to mid level interest rate sites (under 3% daily). Every year there are some that will launch and continue paying 1 year+ and some have reached the 2 and 3 year points. Just don't get caught up in hype and you will do OK. It's the hype that rapes people who are new to HYIP's. Leancy for example was a red flag right away.

I will say it isn't the easiest industry to get use to in the beginning, but if you spend time soaking as much info in as possible you will do well.

Yes Money-News-Online is probably the biggest Ponzi pusher out there. Strangely there is none on the list even one year online....

Finmutual is the closest to one year online currently listed on money-news-online. Unitedhyipleague is more than a year old. Not sure what you mean by strangely? When a year + program falls it can take time for another one to show up and become another frontrunner 1+ year one. Also doesn't take much research to see what HYIP's lasted more than a year / 2 years , etc. Also all depends on the interest rate. There's been 8% daily programs last for 8 or 9 months. That is also a huge success.

Again you are here promoting a HYIP that by your own logic is  soon to fail.    That isn't what this thread is supposed to be about.

I've mentioned several throughout these conversations during our analysis of btc-arbs. We could be talking about these programs for another year. No one knows. Your point?

You haven't shown any analysis.  The only thing you'll done is claim the administrator used to run a prior HYIP from Russia.   You haven't explained how you determined that, nor have you supported any of our claims.   The only thing you have been doing is just bashing Btc-arbs and promoting your absurd HYIP that I and probably no one else is interested in.

This whole thread is a clusterfuck of analysis of something that is nothing more than a HYIP game. I'm going to continue to "bash" any HYIP that spins a Bitcoin story to target at the Bitcoin community. Who gives two shits about what HYIP anyone is interested in? absurd hyip huh? Actually as far as I remember every HYIP I have mentioned here has had more success than btc-arbs. But still who cares what HYIP's I mention on the forum? I still don't get why you would want to analyze a HYIP to see if it is legitimate??? What a waste of time... btc-arbs is nothing more than a HYIP, anyone can see that without digging for any information. You do you and I'll do me ok? I don't care if you promote btc-arbs, keep on going for it.
