I can see from the posts that people are getting some joy from you with regards to refunds, and I think thats great. Puts faith back into the system really.
However, I have sent you two private messages over a month ago and have not received any replies. Please could you work with me to secure my refunds from the dead BTC-Arbs.
I would appreciate a reply so we can rectify this.

In general he hasn't been replying to PMs until he sends payments. The process has been very slow, as the list of people to be refunded has grown. Initially he expected to have me paid out within 40 days, after he first came and offered to refund people their investments. I've been returned 4.5 of the 24.8 I was owed at the time the site shut down, over the past month...and it's been over a week since my last payment. So as the number of people has grown, the length of time it'll take for refunds to happen has grown exponentially.
All we can do is wait. He's not going anywhere, this mob won't let him.

I lost track of this thread, just now read the update and sent my claim. Posted here before in April, lost 10 BTC on btc-arbs, and hoping to get something back, too! will update on any refunds, of course.

I'm hoping that if you need more info that you'll contact me. I don't want to resend and be put at the back of the line as you stated would happen in the beginning.

Since you're not using that spreadsheet, would you at least provide some kind of idea as to who is on your list or not? I know you're vetting each one by one, but it would be nice for some of us to know.
A reply is sent to each user who has submitted a refund request once the request has been confirmed as legitimate. The reply also includes an estimated first payment time frame. Once the first payment is received, the user will continue to receive payments until they are fully refunded.
Because of all of the scammers and fake messages each request has to be verified manually. This process takes a long time to complete but is necessary.
More PM messages are being sent right now and more payments will be sent in 10 minutes.

I haven't looked at the spreadsheet but I assume that it is filled with fake users and incorrect deposit amounts because the total deposited amount is less than 600 BTC.

Beginning of week update:
For everyone who is worried that I may think their request is fraudulent: If your request is real you have nothing to worry about. If I think it is fake I will still reply.

I originally sent e-mail on May 30 and PM on June 1. I had 10 BTC deposited in the site. BTC Arbs responded to my PM over the weekend and sent my first partial refund (0.2 BTC). I updated the spreadsheet accordingly.

So, I sent my email the day after he posted the instructions to do so and I still haven't received any refunds or received an email with a projected time frame of repayment. I didnt send a PM because he asked us to only send one but it is seeming like he is concentrating more on the people that sent a PM. Can you please let me know whether I need to send a PM or not because it doesnt seem like emails are your preferred choice. My BTC-ARBS account name was Organ1zedCha0s.

Cool. Can I just get clarification of how best we should provide our info? Do you want TXID's etc?
TXID? Is that to mean 'tax ID'? Like Social Security? If that's what it means...... how on earth is he suppose to verify that even if you give it to him. Did you use your real name on the btc-arbs site??? All you need to do is send your username from the site and the amount you deposited minus any withdraws you made. He can look at his list from there.

It can't be serious lol. He registered his bitcointalk account 7 months ago, I can't believe he has never encountered "TXID" before...

I 've received a pm from BTC-ARBS, asking info. I sent them on 28 of june but STILL NO REFUNDS!

yes, he's still refunding, but he is sending refund in small amounts in batches.
Just wait for a while and you'll likely start getting small payments until you have it all back.
