I've sent an email to [email protected] on 01/July,
so far no responses,
when can I expect to have some feedback?

I have never had any PM or e-mail back from btc-arbs. I have received 2 partial payments, but even when those came I never got a PM. I did get a couple of mentions in posts here on this board though.

Received .26 partial refund.  I'm not updated or following the spreadsheet anymore.  I had my name changed, deleted, and now I can't enter anything so I don't need that hassle anymore.  Good grief.

Updated it for you.  We'll see if it sticks.   Anyway congrats on having your refund started!

Thanks Dyask!

I haven't looked at the spreadsheet but I assume that it is filled with fake users and incorrect deposit amounts because the total deposited amount is less than 600 BTC.

For everyone who is new to this thread, I did not make the spreadsheet and am not using it as a reference for refunds. To claim a refund you must contact me by PM with your username, amount deposited and the address that you sent your deposit to.

Refunds do not include earnings, only the amount lost.

For everyone else, more PM replies were sent today.

Just for transparancy
I received a PM from btc arbs and was asked for amount deposited, wallet address and profile name which was all supplied

My first email to btc arbs detailed 2 deposits from 2 separate wallets. I hope that hadn't caused confusion to OP as OP only asked for 1 wallet to deposit back into. I can only assume checks were done already to validate my claim.

I have not been able to verify any deposits yet as I am overseas. My 2FA needs my mobile phone to work :s

I emailed. Should I send you a PM as well?
I emailed too. He said an email was enough, and duplicate message would be useless. I haven't received neither payment nor replies too though.

A new refund strategy has been created to pay partial refunds until your full investment has been refunded. Details are in the thread. Your first payment will be sent next week.

My balance is around 4.8B ...

Hoping forward to see some bitcoins back...

Since you're not using that spreadsheet, would you at least provide some kind of idea as to who is on your list or not?  I know you're vetting each one by one, but it would be nice for some of us to know.

A reply is sent to each user who has submitted a refund request once the request has been confirmed as legitimate. The reply also includes an estimated first payment time frame. Once the first payment is received, the user will continue to receive payments until they are fully refunded.

Because of all of the scammers and fake messages each request has to be verified manually. This process takes a long time to complete but is necessary.

More PM messages are being sent right now and more payments will be sent in 10 minutes.

Can confirm that I got PM, thanks for doing refunds (and scammers must die)

Ya know..... It just chaps me that there are those of us who are legitimately hoping for money back and are trying to be honest about what we are owed and then there are assholes who come in and start throwing their name in this process that have no pony in the race..... may their ass get bitten a 1000 camel fleas!

So once we have the refunds done we will have a list of scammers and people too lazy to update their details.

Fake deposits doesnt matter. The important thing is to follow the refunds.
As long as some progress is visible, we will be more patient.  The valid deposits are at least part of the list. Having fake refunds on a valid deposit, would be noticed and commented here. So more or less we are able to track the payments.
One question: if you think the refund request of someone is not legit, do you reply?
Just in case you are mistaken, there is no chance to send more information.

Brand new to this forum--long time I've been following this topic.  Basically since it "went down" the first time (the server issue or whatnot).

When the site went down, I figured everything was gone.  Didn't lose much, about .30, last I remember.  But will be seriously grateful if I get something back.
