Christmas will be a few more days to arrive. Well, many of which have to be prepared at the time, especially bitcoin. I'm not sure at the time of Christmas, bitcoin prices reached a price of $ 1000, but I would argue that the price will not be much of a price of $ 1,000. Well, the price will go up very quickly before the end of the year, I believe it
If all bitcoiners that will participate in Christmas season will not use their coins then we can't see some price decrease.
But it's far from happening since people are using money regularly when there is a Christmas. Even people don't want to cashout they will use it to take part of the season. We need some time like this too and not just about thinking big money.
We can earned it again afterwards.
Historically speaking we have seen more of a drop of Bitcoin on Christmas than a jump to profits. For year 2013 and 2014, BTC price dropped 40% and 14% respectively while on 2015 that's the time when there's a 22%. BTC price has been hoovering over $760 - $780. If there will be some price increase it would be safe to say somewhere 10% to 15% in next coming days until Christmas shopping ends.
you shouldn't even compare bitcoin of 2016 with bitcoin of 2013-14 everything has changed compared to those days. there is no mtgox, there is no pump and there are lots more investors creating a better and bigger spread and besides any drops after the gox pump should be ignored the same as the pump when you want to see the overall change.
what you are trying to say is true that in 2016 we are having the real users of bitcoin who are having full faith on bitcoin so i also dont think that their will be any major correction but same thing we wont be seeing $1000 mark of bitcoin price in this year the max we can expect is the price $850 - 875 as per my calculation as in the last week of this month we can see some selling pressure as most of them will be willing to sell and go for vacation for Christmas
Faith is nothing to do with here. The quoted post above is clearly pointing to the happenings in bitcoin every Christmas season and not on the whole 2016 alone.
