I'm thinking the same. If he was only worried about making out with profit, it would make more sense to continue paying everyone besides level 7 to keep the positive reviews / more investments coming

I just withdrew and it wasn't stuck or broken. The withdrawal worked just fine. I'll post when i receive it.
Until you get it into your wallet its still stuck.
