Why is it $60 to ship to Australia seems a bit excessive. Any chance of that being reduced?

DHL is probably cheaper, PM me what your trying to buy and your zip and ill get a quote.

From what I recall...adding an R-Pi controller was an OPTION, as was adding a PSU.
I personally paid for the R-Pi add-on option to ensure I had everything needed when my miner arrives.
Although it is said the RK-Box can be run in Windows so even better imo though I could be mistaken as to which miner I am referencing Grin

our listings are fully based off of the manufacturers descriptions / advertisements and can change based on what the manufacturer provides.

I would like to see where this information is indicated on your website or anywhere during the purchase process as I do not see this indicated anywhere.

When I purchased the product from your site it said a Rasp Pi was to be included, so, you owe anyone who purchased a Rasp Pi.  Your site did NOT say "you get what Rockminer sends us"....there was a detailed list, provided by your company (it's your site, right?) advertising what the purchase included.  I'm sure in the US you're bound to that.

Please let me know what needs to be done to resolve this.

Wow, that is a bunch of bullshit.  I will make sure everyone is aware of your "policies".

This is pretty standard to cover regular typos, as you can see that is was by the fact that the title of the item was correct. We were also originally told by RockMiner that our order was to include Pis and Sd cards, only to find only after receiving the shipment (6 days late) that neither was included. We made a best effort in order to get all the units out as soon as possible considering the circumstances allready. The lack of Pis did not effect just us, but several other orders as documented on the thread:

Were any Rasp Pi's included with the RK-boxes that were shipped out as indicated on the site?

I know Rocketbox didn't include them but I'm going to assume you did since that's what was advertised on your site

P.S. - This is what my delivery email says "2x Rockminer RK-Box 460gh Bitcoin Miner - RK-Box 440gh; No Pi or PSU / 440GH/Sec", however, the site absolutely DID indicate a Pi was included with every 2 units when I purchased.
Rockminer changed the product before shipping and did not include rPi's our listings are fully based off of the manufacturers descriptions / advertisements and can change based on what the manufacturer provides.

This is for all Rockminer customers.

I just notice your July 4th special on Facebook.

"Limited seletction of miners - rock bottom prices!
Anything ordered by 6AM Monday Morning will ship out Monday, July 7th!"

Does that include BTC Garden? Its on the ad but in the descrption it stats ships 7/11, can some one please clarify? TIA.
The BTC Garden's are on sale but will not ship on July 7th, they will ship on or before July 11th. The product description will be the date to go by.

Please respond to your support emails.  I sent an email yesterday regarding an order that was supposed to ship by now and I want to make sure it's acknowledged before you do try to ship.
Support tickets are replied to during normal business hours by the support department and can have up to a 48 hr turn around depending on the number of tickets, the average is same business day.

Alright, well, I haven't received tracking numbers for my RK-Boxes and I want credit or a refund rather than you shipping them out today.

If it ships today after you indicated you would provide refunds if they weren't shipped 7/1 I will not be happy.

Well, it seems you really pulled one over and decided to at least print the shipping label TODAY (7/2) rather than read your support emails and provide a refund as requested.  We'll see if they actually go out today...

You acknowledged above you would provide refunds for those not shipped on 7/1 above to lajz99, however, you did not do so when I requested via email to your support address.

Please explain yourself.  This is NOT what you said would happen and NOT the terms under which I purchased from you.

(And yes, during a holiday week a 1 day delay really means 2 days and we all know every day makes a difference at this point)
You need to specifically request a refund other wise we believe you are ok with the wait, there are no tickets within our system that requested a refund, if you would like one please specify your order number and that you would like a refund.

Your support email was sent after business hours, and our shipping program automatically prints labels for the day's orders. if you still want a refund, its a simple as voiding the label.
