The answer is theoretically yes as Bitcoin already been accepted on some malls and already have ATM. Its only a matter of time till it come. But we still have some problem the transaction speed taking more time and it will getting more worse if more transaction held in one time also we still have the high fee when transferring. I think this things should be solved first before Bitcoin become a real currency.

I hope it will be implemented soon. I have participated in one of such project named "Docademic". They have launched a token known as MEDICAL TOKEN CURRENCY (MTC), which is listed on different exchanges and CMC as well. Let's hope they will help us to use MTC appropriately in medical field.
