I think that it is more than ok to invest in BTC nearly in any time possible, especially now when it's likely that BTC won't loose its price more.
I think the whole of July will be a good time to buy coins. Rather, the price this month will not fall and will not grow.
The price of bitcoin does not change to much these days. It is stable. And it is not important when you will buy it: now or later. More important to buy it before pump.
Do you know when the pump will be? I like advises like this, can give you one more: buy on bottom and sell on peak. 
If seriously, no matter when to buy if you believe in bitcoin and use it not for speculations only.

I think the market is a bit stationary nowadays, maybe too stationary for some people but I personally believe that soon this it will change. We will see that bitcoin doesn't let us down. Not now not never

I do not think so because big profits will come with great risk, I just love altcoin only though it is not profitable but its small volatility and profit is also significant.
