Many people speculated that the price will go up when halving comes, which mean many people right now are buying bunch of coins for the preparations for the halving
If you have spare money you can try to use it to buy bitcoin too, maybe you'll get lucky and get some massive fortune out of it
It could have to do with the ETH crash and the successful testnet lately..
If it starts getting above 2850 CNY then I'll be excited.. Until then it's pretty much just in its trend.
