there currently is a lot of hype around bitcoin cash, the media is literary filled with lots of advertisement of this altcoin and this is all because they have been busy pumping it and pumping it as hard as they can. i think we may expect to see 0.2BTC price for it pretty soon. i am waiting for the peak of the pump to unload some i bought before it began

Definitely, BCH has faced many backlash from most of the users one can simply can't resist to say that it this coin is very good for day trading. The coin may dump at any time and is not subtitle for long term hold but for short term trading it is very beneficial. Most of the users will say that there is very uncertainty in trading with this coin but let me clear them as uncertainty lies almost in every coin in this market, so why not try BCH and make profit out of it.
I see that many people have started losing interest in this coin. In my opinion, it's not a bad coin. Super low transaction fees. Super fast transfers. If you look at the low to high, it creates a huge structure for institutions, a lot of them still believe in the project as well, whether it's the "project" or the upside potential from the bottom to top.

I would note that I bought some metal (iridium) today, the payment intermediary was BitPay, which offered me an option to pay with BCH.
So, maybe there is some kind of future for it (?), next opportunity, however, I will spend my BCH.

If you have not received the BCH by paying for it, it may be useful to keep it in your hand for a while and then cash it out because it is caused by bifurcation of BCH bitcoin. I see the benefit of taking this into consideration when the price may rise for a while.
But BCH is more spike than BTC, BCH price is over 1200 $. This is a terrible growth rate, but BTC increase, but we can not see up to $ 9000. It was only $ 8900 and turned down. Perhaps BTC today is competing a lot compared to other coin.
Bitcoin cash has no difference from other airdrop/fork coins, just receive them and dump on the exchange. You can make profit from bitcoin cash but it is not a good investment.
yes unfortunately this scam coin got a big price increase. I for one sold at $4200 about a minute after it hit GDAX - if I had hit the sell button one second earlier it would have been at $5000 :/. Wasn't gonna keep that scam coin for more than a hot minute!
This was really a great price,actually if you sold 2 BCH then for 8000$,you can buy 1+ BTC when price drop to 6000$.I never like BCH,but in time when BTC fees are incredibly high and transaction are stuck for days I use BCH for some payments-it is just one more altcoin,nothing more or less.
Now we see BCH is rise 20% in last 24 hours(1400$),while on the other hand BTC is stuck just bellow 9000$,so it is obvious that Roger and crew pump it again-buying BTC at 6000$,selling at 9000$ and use that money against BTC.The same thing is seen several times,nothing new.

Are you following the market at all, both the price of bitcoin and BCH is up at the moment, i do not follow Roger Ver and i am not even sure who is behind the coin but i do not think the price is depended upon the actions of any single individual. If you are watching the market the price moves up when the price of bitcoin goes up and goes down when there is a correction. There is no doubt that BCH is an altcoin.Ver is behind bitcoin cash and without doubt his actions influence the price. He's as good as the Satoshi of bitcoin cash, except he's still around and relevant. If Satoshi returned and started spouting rubbish would you not expect that to hurt the price of bitcoin?

Segwit2x was just another takeover attempt by bitmain and the others who signed the New York Agreement. Devs/Community was against seg2x too, that's why it didn't happen.... bcash is a miner (bitmain more likely) coin and segwit2x was a corporate (bitmain, bitpay, shapeshift any other parasites who signed that shit) coin.

BCash is garbage and always will be. Run far away.

I really cannot understand why everyone want this to be like a gang war, like bloods and crips 
, just accept it as a currency with a different concept and if you are not interested in it, do not use it, there is no reason for the hate as i see in many replies. There is a hard fork coming up next month and they will be increasing the block to 32 MB and they are planning to add smart contracts too.Just have an open mind to accept technology .
I claim this coin before, but I sold it for a lower price I didn't know that the price of bitcoin cash will continue to increase, while the price of bitcoin increases the price of BCH also increase look at the price today and I think the reason of the price increase of BCH it's because the value of bitcoin is increasing, like the other altcoin if bitcoin drops the other coins are dropped its value.

BCH turned out to be a nice airdrop.
It has a support from the community and Ver has shilled this coin that much so it's price is spiking but this isn't the peak. During bitcoin's ATH, it did also an ATH.BCH turned out to be a nice airdrop.

I dumped this coin already after the fork and I don't intend to support this coin that wants to take over and has the guts to say that it's the real bitcoin. ...

BCH spiked up a bit, but it's now treading water. I think the community are working on getting it accepted for payments, and it's long term success will depend on that.
