well, i'm not so sure with the $ 50k price. however I think about crypto, I think it's very difficult to reach that price. but I am very confident that this year, bitcoin prices will be above the $ 10k price.

I think that the price of BTC will in the end rise exponentially. It'll struggle to break 10k and then maybe around 40-50k will be hardest but when it hits that 50k it will skyrocket to 100k-200k-500k because everyone will invest in it. They won't doubt it anymore. It'll be a global phenomenon and the people who invested first will have the biggest gains of course.

When BTC cost nearly 20 thousand, the total market capitalization reached almost 1 trillion USD. It's an enormous sum, and it won't be reached or especially surpassed this year cause last time it was artificial! I think 30 thousand by the end of the year is the most optimistic scenario of more or less realistic ones!

Its not difficult for bitcoin to get to 50,000$, its only a double from previous ATH as you say. I am optimistic too like many others and we disagree only about one thing, when will it happen. This or next year, or we will wait more to see 50,000$ for some people it's important to happen faster, some can wait, I'm somewhere in the middle, I would like to see that sooner but in same time I'm ready for some waiting. All in all we are here, as long as price is under 10k its good for buying more.

I do not think so, there are a lot of things going to happen on the next few months, but i do not think that bitcoin is going to touch that amount of money this year, it is more than x8 of the actual price

It is not possible $50k will be achieved in a short time, after all the bitcoin price has crash and if the bitcoin price does not fall at that moment when at $20k then it is possible. The market will receover significantly in my opinion but I doubt if 50k USD is achieveable this year.Maybe it will achieve the 20k $ mark,not 50k.We will need more time for that to happen.People are now very cautious to avoid being trapped again

It will not reach 50 thousand. The market capitalization cannot grow so greatly in 6 months (before this year ends). However, I believe that Bitcoin can cost over 12 thousand - it might be a reality, bro.

Yes there is a huge chance for the price of bitcoins to reach $50k dollars because there are more countries today that has been legalized to invest on cryptocurrency.

The highest prediction for me for this year 2018 is 50k dollars and I hope that really happen. But it's not sure that happen because we need to reach first what the price of the bitcoin in the december 2017 which is 20k dollars before go to the next plan.

OP, you just made me laugh, because you are asking for merits for having a personal prediction of seeing bitcoin at $50,000. Well, anything is possible, but that the price of bitcoin will be seen at that, at the last quarter of this year, is what i am not sure of.

There are only 5 months left and price is still under $8k so it's hard to believe that price can jump to over $50k within this year but we have seen such unbelievable surge before also. I still think its not possible by December but price might pump over last ATH price of $20k.

No, that is entirely absurd. With just over 5 months left and maybe just starting to come out of a bear market Bitcoin isn't gonna spike two 2.5x the previous peak. You claim $50k is the prediction for this year, there are a lot of predictions, that is not a common one. I'd say hope for $10k this year, $20k 2019, and $100k 2020.

to be honest $50000 is too high for me. but no one knows about that, as we know that the market is unpredictable. many predictions say that bitcoin will over $20000 at the end of this year, I also have a prediction that will reach at least $25000.

They talk a lot about this but no one knows what will happen in reality. The market now does not behave as many predicted. I have good hopes that by the end of the year, bitcoin is growing up. The question really is, how this is going to affect the other cryptos. This will trigger the ICOs for sure, I’m kinda interested in Liven and Treon so I would suggest you to keep an eye on these.

I don't think it will reach 50k this year or even by end of next year. It's currently on up move and there's rumor that bitcoin ETF will be approved on 10th august. But it seems unrealistic to see 50k price, which is 7 times of the current price. It means crypto market cap have to reach more than $1.5 trillion or so. I think BTC will reach to 10k by the next 2 months, and then we have to see how market reacts.
