Crex24 is co-operating and has asked the owner of two of the addresses associated with the theft to go through KYC verification.
At our request, BTC2 deposits to Crex24 have been disabled for now, but because no further movements have happened from the web wallet since turning off the ability to send from it, we haven't yet asked any of the other exchanges to halt deposits. Some of the funds have been recovered but we need more details about the case and most importantly to know if only the Vietnamese group members were affected.

I do not know exactly what is happening, I deleted all the old files and kept only the files that have all the information until the last date before installing the new Windows version, and when I opened the wallet, it loaded the entire blockchain again and the balance did not appear in it, so what is the problem? 
If your wallet.dat, and all backups of it got deleted during the reinstall, then that is the problem.
Are you sure you have your initial wallet dat file? If its ok, just put this file into the folder user's AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin2 (if you not changed the folder) with replacing new one. Then start the wallet

Im newbi,I had the wallet working so good,was no problem,until I reinstall Win10 couple hours ago,I went to run the wallet,but looks like Iam installing it for the first time,I have a lot of coins in it,Any one could help me please to get it back with the coins,I will be appreciated,and sorry for my bad english.
Try to look for the wallet.dat and backups folder on your computer.
By default in:
user's AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin2
You can type %APPDATA%\Bitcoin2 in the file navigation bar.
If you find your old wallet and blockchain files, then moving them to the folders that are being used after the reinstall will solve it. However those might be the same folder so hopefully you have backups somewhere.
Of course next time before doing something drastic like a windows reinstall you best copy the wallet somewhere else.
