Hello
I'm ''silent'' supporter, mining btcd for few months now.
Cryptocurencycalculator says one btcd =120 usd
Coinmarketcap says 1 btcd= 1.7 usd

I was about to buy come coins and saw 120 usd today, wtf ...

anyone have link for precise crypt prices ?

thx, Bojan

0.0047(per BTC)*$361(1BTC)=$1.69 for BTCD

Wish that was true  Cheesy Coinmarketcap shows the correct prices. You can also find the market on Bittrex BTCD/BTC.

Very anxious about the highly anticipated, year-end, tech release!  I guess listening to Murray Rothbard this morning has further fueled my anticipation for said release Smiley

Question, isn't Murray Rothbard already dead? Can you enlighten me in what you have heard?

Yes, he's been gone for nearly 20 years.  I was just listening to some of his past presentations on youtube, so nothing new to report.

Look , all I have done since I got into the mining thing a couple months ago is mine in pools or p2pool , Now I'm trying to get into a little bit of solo mining to see how it goes . I don't care if the profit works out the same as being in a pool for btcd , I just wanna be able to do thye mining however I wish to choose to mine it .

If no one wants to offer the info , then so be it .I'll keep searching till I find it .

The mining (POW) is finished with BTCD. You can not mine this coin with proof of work you can only get coins by either buying them or having some in your wallet and they will stake. Which staking create more coins by proof of stake (POS)

edit: You can mine on a pool that sell the coins you mine and you get paid in BTCD but that is still buying BTCD

Thank You . That is what I was wondering when I was reading up on it . I did miss the launch of it since I wasn't mining at the time .

Guess I'll mine in a pool if I decide to bother with it I guess .

But thanks again .

Feel free to mine on the actual BTCD multipool: www.bitcoindark.ca  your work on the pool is paid to you in BTCD.

Yeah thats where I was mining , but I'm not sure I wanna mine this coin with just my s1 since I won't be able to generate very many coin very quickly . That was why I was wanting to solo mine it but now I know I can't . I don't have enough power to mine and get whole coins . But I still may go back to it . unsure . Until I figure out how to actually solo mine other coins . I'm just gonna sit on terracoin for the moment

The latest shift for the BitcoinDark multipool paid out over 39 BTCD.

We need to have some more mining support over here at this pool It has been pretty good until the past few weeks. The lower prices are a perfect reason to point more hash at the pool. These low prices won't last for much longer as BTCD and SuperNET are nearing their v1 release.

Cheers!

just a quick question, is the btcd dividends system in place and set up? will it be ready to roll as soon as btcd is released?

Not in place yet. I'm not sure what the schedule is, but SuperNET will not start paying cash dividends until the end of the year (I think) anyway.
