It underpins the entire thing, but you don't need btcd to do anything. and still hate the name and the new logo.
i'm also thinking of losing it. There isn't much activity and everything is in the hands of James. They all wait what James is doing. I hope there comes some activity in it, otherwise it is going out of my portfolio.

BTCD has always been strange like that, the only coin that whenever there is progress announced on it, it goes down in volume and price. Don't worry it will shoot back up soon ( a week or two )

Bitcoindark is increasing more steadily than Nxt. Do not be impatient. When all the feature and tools for BitcoinDark are setteled up than it will overfly Nxt and other coins.

Just loaded a new mac with BTCD-QT and cant get my wallet to sync. Tried the .conf and directions suggested here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11529219 Still not syncing. Anyone have an updated .conf file or suggestion about syncing?
